Mach Punch and Drain Punch seem like better fighting move option due to their added effects. It can already learn Force Palm (60 BP and 30% to paralyze) and it's not used on any of its popular sets. I guess It would be a nice substitute for low sweep after the buff that was actually a nerf (it got a 5 BP buff, which prevented breloom from gaining the technician buff). Double kick would have a 90BP after technician, which is pretty good, but probably not better than the low sweep from last gen, since it also lowered SPD. EDIT: Never mind, I forgot about drain punch and mach punch, as lux noted. Yeah, it probably wouldn't make any difference.
