I don't think my parents let me play non-edutainment games until I was...IDK,9-10 ish? It wasn't until I had started Kindergarten. I think I remembered my first game wrong. My sister and I got GBCs and we shared SMB Deluxe, Link's Awakening DX, Pac-Man, and some crappy licensed game based on that Disney Dinosaur movie. I started when I was 7 I think, because I was born in '93 and the years I graduated each grade level pretty much matched up perfectly with the level I was moving from. It was a long time ago, shut up. >.< I was gonna get Red or Blue but my parents apparently didn't understand backwards compatibility because they didn't think R/B would work on a GBC.
