The chain+break/topple is only really needed against the Faces since you can't damage them otherwise. what do skills do no it's going up his butt tho I guess that's better? Sorry, I meant arts Though Skill can become really important later on, especially if you want to face the super-bosses. IIRC the last party member has an aura that lets her double attack like crazy (same with dunban) and she has a skill that makes every double attack crit. Skill link that on dunban, give them haste gem + HP steal gems and you've got yourself some pretty dangerous characters.
