The spirit themselves have base statistics that are altered based on their master's magical proficiency, which cultural sphere they were summoned in, and other sorts of things. Ex. even when fighting in Japan, a European servant grows stronger if they were summoned in Europe. Of course, fighting on home soil where they are more well known increases their ability further.
