Florete Posted March 12, 2014 Share Posted March 12, 2014 I've been "racing" TPP on my own game (SoulSilver though) with my own challenge and I just beat the Elite 4 with a team of levels 36-40 by the end. We need to deliver the Machine Part to the Power Plant or the power won't be restored. Once the power is restored, the director or the Radio Tower in Kanto wil give you a expansion card that allows you to listen to the radio in Kanto and more importantly, allow you to tune to the Pokeflute which will awaken the Snorlax blocking our path to Pewter in Vermillion.
