General Horace
Wait, do the resolve boosts not take effect until a unit attacks? Or is it just not announced until the unit attacks but still is applied beforehand? Because if so Ike definately hits Calill.
Baldrick
I guess we should all be aware of how powerful Refa's strategy is. I believe it's applied before you attack. I think Psych vs Anon had an example thing precedent, let me check. Tauroneo activated Resolve mid-round against Boyd attacking with Brave Bow, which prevented him being doubled (quadded). So presumably avo is affected by Resolve's activation even before the unit attacks as well. Edited March 5, 2014 by Baldrick

In-game, Resolve is one of the skills that causes the unit to glow before they initiate the attack. If they double, they glow before each hit. Doesn't hurt if we reflect it while hosting I think!
