After using this team twice, I can say that Lethe needs a lot of investment to be a threat; with only 37 Laguz attack, defensive characters (ie most of them) can comfortably take her on. You really need to be powerful in the first place to make Wrath effective. I'd done better to give Ranulf one of her Speedwings and swap their skills. Ranulf is pretty good, probably; the big problem is that since he wants 2-3 Speedwings, he doesn't fit well with units that need Speedwings themselves (Boyd, Shinon, Kieran...), but Resolve off of his stats is scary to fight. The trio you mentioned only really need (and can only really take) one Speedwing, and that clears them up against most Beorc. Shinon is immune to Swordmaster offense, and Keiran can survive a round from them at least. Ranulf looked good with that Resolve though. I think he'd have been better off as a Resolve+Nihiler. Lethe with Wrath is still good against Snipers and high HP low Def units like Largo and Boyd, as well as not too bad against Swordmasters.
