Even though I played gen 1 and 2 on emulators, Sapphire was the first pokemon game I own and I have a lost of fond memories tied to it. Since Pokemon is made by an external studio, Game Freak, they don't always use Directs to announce their news. Gen 3 was the best gen. Contests were great (their equivalent in later games never reached the same level of appeal), the music was great and it has some of the best pokemons (though they're mitigated by some of the worst) obviously, this is all extremely subjective xp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
