We need an agreement before someone creates a tournament group for example: Icon: Speed Class Type: Items Type: CPUs or No CPUs: Control Type: and general schedule timeframe. You see that code number? 4985-3463-2360 When you go online in the Mario Kart 8 menu, you can search tournament by code. After you input it, it will be added to your favorites immediately and your miiverse profile should have added the Tournament into your Miiverse Favourites. You can also post stuff there if you want. You don't need to add friends or anyone from nnid as along as players join the group tournament you should be able to play with others without the need of adding nnid to your Wii U profile. kingddd Posted June 7, 2014 Share Posted June 7, 2014 (edited) The tournament is set to 12am Saturday and runs all the way to Sunday 11:30pm in pacific time (PST) I'm pretty much available the entire weekend. We need to have a certain agreement when to meet together. How about 1:30pm PST? Just to note though, if you do join the group that is not within the timeframe you can still play the game like you normally can with your friends but it won't count the score. Essentially when one person enters a Tournament Room, it creates a lobby group. When a group is created say lobby A: 1/12 players are in that group, everyone entering the tournament room will enter that specific group. So say lobby A has a group of 12/12 players. If another person joins, they will also create another group with 1/12 lobby B so the tournament will now have 12/12 lobby A and a 1/12 lobby B. So anyone joining will now join lobby B unless someone drops out of lobby A with 11/12 players now then anyone entering the tournament will either join lobby A or B. So what we will be doing is just join together at 1:30pm PST on Saturday. It will just be free racing until everyone quits out of the lobby. Notice that when browsing the tournament page there will be a checkered flag on it, that means a lobby is opened and a race is going on therefore you can join that lobby or group.
