Edit: An option we could do is have anyone who wants another pokemon send you a list of who they want in what priority and as long as their are no conflicts it should work. If there are conflicts we could just follow drafting order. Edit 2: Also everyone has the core of their teams so I don't think anyone would mind their picks following a list.
