Junkhead
And that's why it's worth making a topic of. I don't think I've even seen it in theatre's here...then again, I tend not to know crud about what goes on. ;u;

deleted35362
I have pretty much the same reaction to MLP. you mean MODERN mlp...and it's because mlpfim helped generate a community of like-minded fans that, before the internet became to prominent, would have felt like it wasn't socially acceptable to be a fan of a cute cartoon directed at young kids and would have to keep their interest in the closet. i'm not really a fan but this applies to like a LOT of things it's so obvious
Garnef
To me, Frozen is a solid (Pun Unintentional ftw) movie. That's about it. I don't really understand why people love it so much, other than it being an increase in quality from particular Disney films in the last couple years. Xator Nova
Frozen is the Disney family version of Lars von Trier´s Melancholia in terms of themes and complexity. Emotionally layered, beautifully animated, complex and rich on its themes yet accessible enough for its audiences to understand, powerful use of cinematography, shots and the language of cinema to enrichen the experience, and just flat-out fun to watch. Perhaps the most amazing factor is its sincerity. It never feels shy from being a family movie, and returns to a healthy tradition that families deserve entertainment of the highest quality that speaks to them on a personal level of the human condition, going way beyond the expectations of the genre. I decided it to be among the best films of 2013. 10/10 Best films of 2013 list:#1. The Act of Killing (Joshua Oppenheimer)#2. Her (Spike Jonze)#3. 12 Years a Slave (Steve McQueen)#4. Frozen (Jennifer Lee, Chris Buck)#5. Blue is the Warmest Colour (Abdellatif Kechiche) ---#6. Before Midnight (Richard Linklater)#7. La Grande Bellezza (Paolo Sorrentino)#8. Frances Ha (Noah Baumbach)#9. Inside Llewyn Davis (Joel Coen, Ethan Coen)#10. Upstream Color (Shane Carruth)Honourable Mentions:- All is Lost (Jeffrey C. Chandor)- American Hustle (David O. Russell)- Behind the Candelabra (Steven Soderbergh)- Blue Jasmine (Woody Allen)- El espacio entre las cosas (Raúl del Busto)- Ernest et Celestine (Stéphane Aubier, Vincent Patar and Benjamin Renner)- Fruitvale Station (Ryan Coogler)- Gloria (Sebastián Lelio)- Gravity (Alfonso Cuarón)- Like Father, Like Son (Hirokazu Koreeda)- Pacific Rim (Guillermo del Toro)- The Past (Asghar Farhadi)- The Selfish Giant (Clio Barnard)- Short Term 12 (Destin Cretton)- The Spectacular Now (James Ponsoldt)- Stories We Tell (Sarah Polley)- A Touch of Sin (Jia Zhang-ke)- Wadjda (Haifaa al-Mansour)- The Wind Rises (Hayao Miyazaki)- The Wolf of Wall Street (Martin Scorsese) Edited November 14, 2014 by Xator Nova

Esau of Isaac
It's because it has a chorus that really leaps at the listener. I didn't like the song until it hit that point, really. It's fun to hum and sing along to, so it really caught on. All the best Disney songs are ones that easy enough to copy, I noticed. Like a Whole New World. There's like five different notes, haha.
