¿Why do we still don't know/are sure of some of the classes and characters growth rates?

Just wondering, how do we know the ones we know, and why don't we know some of the others?

We know some because the Japanese guide books had histograms for character and class growth rates, but not for every character and class.

We don't know because growth rates are stored in a ciphered state in the game (nobody knows why; probably to confuse hackers), like in FE12. However, unlike FE12, we don't have a 3DS debugger to figure out what the cipher is.

Most of the growth rates listed on the site were acquired from hacking dumped ROMs of the games and plucking the numbers from the code.

Since people haven't yet been able to do that with Awakening's growth rates for the aforementioned reasons, there are still characters and classes whose precise growth rates aren't known.

And from what I recall some things that do not make much sense either despite sources.. +Hp Avatar is not suppose to get the chance of having +2 Hp on promotion if I recall from the given growth rates.

And I think some empirical data suggests something like 120-130 for his hp growth and not like 95
