Roivann
This is something that I've been wondering about FE4 for a while. If someone with Elite also has the Elite Ring, will they earn 400% EXP, like a unit with Elite would in FE5's Elite Mode?
Ansem
no, i dont think elite stacks in FE4
Jedi
Elite however does stack in fe5 Elite mode+ Elite+ Elite Sword is hilarious.
quasimopho13
Elite however does stack in fe5 Elite mode+ Elite+ Elite Sword is hilarious. Yeah, but wouldn't it cap anyway since the max exp you can get per round is 100?
Jedi
Yeah, but wouldn't it cap anyway since the max exp you can get per round is 100? True, but its still hilarious regardless to have like an instant level up every fight
sirmola
i thought that elite mode stacked with the other two, but elite sword and the elite skill did not stack with each other (because what the elite sword does is give you the skill)
General Horace
You can only get elite in two ways, one of which is elite mode itself, the other is having the skill, and like sirmola said, the sword gives you the skill, so only a 4x multiplier is possible, which is still pretty ridiculous. Elite sword Nanna is the best since she doesn't have to use the sword to benefit from it, since she can just use staves while having it equipped. sirmola
Elite sword Nanna is the best since she doesn't have to use the sword to benefit from it, since she can just use staves while having it equipped. Nana in general benefits quite a bit from pasive sword effects when using staves. In perticaular, she can theoreticaly have 25 effective magic with the fire sword equiped. Among other things this means that she is ausome at silencing high magic enemies. (this requires scroll abuse and staff rank grinding, and amalda is the only other character in the game who can also do this)
Shin
I can't remember if the Fire Sword's buff stacks with Pure Water, but the idea of a 32 magic Nanna is somewhat amusing.

Thieves can also double their EXP by having it equip the Sword/Paragon manual and steal an item back and forth every turn. X-Naut
You can also stick a unit carrying the Elite Sword in a mosh pit of ranged attackers and rack up EXP just by dodging (ideally with a scroll or two and on terrain).
Refa
It also works really well with ballistaes. EDIT I actually struggle to actually use the Elite Sword lol. Edited December 16, 2014 by Refa
