I think she and her twins have many fans and IS designed it that way, so it'd be a giant let-down for said fans if you couldn't. She's not really your sister, after all. Sure she functions like one in every other way in the story, but you won't really be feeling sibling affection towards a game character you just met yourself. I'm also very firmly against incest, but only when your siblings are fully blood-related. In Nohr's case, it's safe considering they aren't blood related to you and who knows when Kamui was adopted into their family anyways. Asking to marry Camilla, your adopted sister whom you were raised with seems more incestuous than a group of supports that shows that Eirika/Ephraim care for each other and want to protect the other in trying times.
