Shuuda
Today's "I need to use Surf" guest. Bonus Episode: Bonus Bird! Yes, it's that time again. This time however, I actually do get a new encounter. This is just a bunch of stuff I wanted to get out of the way before continuing with the story. [spoiler=Bonus Episode] The Battle Frontier is now open. Don't worry, I won't actually be challenging any of them any time soon. I'm just nicking their fancy looking stones. Now I can use Surf and Fly, I'll be exploring here some more. You know, you're the one who approached me. Yeah, I probably should've come here a while ago. I got nothing for this one... ... I just wanted to show this off. I've got a Seadra back here. She's pretty stylish, mate. How cliche. Sure thing luv! Ugh... I get it. I get it. You're not clever. This battle would make more sense if I'd come on Friday. Can't really stand the gen IV starters. It's really not what you think, mate. Seriously, let me go. Yes. It's time to get my encounter for here. Hey, Drayano actually gave it a psychic type move in this hack. That makes it pretty decent at least. Big eared staring man? I don't get it.
blah the Prussian
I'm going to assume that if you do challenge the battle frontier fainted Pokemon there will not count as dead.
Shuuda
Episode Twenty Two: Fast Balls After battling Team Rocket and Jasmine, it's nice to get back to nice, boring routes. This time, I'm heading to Mahogany Town, and getting a few new Pokemon along the way. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Two: Part One] In this hack, Strength is a rock type attack with a base power of 75. So it's basically Rock Slide without the flinching. I want that! A Huge Power Marill! That's actually kind of close. It's an interesting encounter to say the least. Hi Jump Kick. There's a move that won't end in disaster. Panzer power! I don't think any of my encounters have been at night... so this is pretty useless to me. You can fuck right off, too, Slowbro. I'm so great, I beat him without even knowing it. If you use Magnet Rise, I'll scream. No! For god sake! No Legendaries! Yes, the way it runs away certainly is brave. Creep. I think this means I can evolve a Magneton or Nosepass. The move that made most fire types useless competitively. That's everything in Mt Mortar... for now. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Two: Part Two] Out here in the open. So many Slowbros. I bloody well love Slowbros. Pretty sure it's some karate guy. Hammer Arm's such a satisfying move to use. What an unfortunate name. I wonder; does Remoraid evolve into that? Er... I think this means I can evolve an Eevee into an Espeon. Pointless to me. That doesn't really stir my imagination. She's decent, I suppose. Prepare to not see any Ninjas whatsoever. Can't say the same. I'm surprised you didn't get yourself killed. Er... will this Pokemon be as disappointing as you are? I'll fetch on last encounter before ending off the episode. You can lose with your Pokemon, too. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Now for the encounter... Oh, a Linoone. I fucking love Linoone. I don't care what anyone says, I'm using her. And I love you, too! That's all before I head to the Lake of Rage, and deal with all that Team Rocket Jazz. We got a couple of interesting Pokemon, one of which I'll be raising as a team-member. [spoiler=Team] That egg better not be too much of a burden. Trust Riley to complicate things. Blaze The Great
Err...can Kingler not learn Surf? Or did you just not want to teach him any more HM moves?
Shuuda
Err...can Kingler not learn Surf? Or did you just not want to teach him any more HM moves? He can learn Surf, but his special attack is very weak. I'd rather save all his moveslots for physical attacks. He'll learn Crabhammer eventually. Shuuda
Episode Twenty Three: Avenging Jackel Today is just another short part, with me dealing with the business at the lake of rage. Some stuff happens though, which was why I decided to cut things shorter than usual. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Three] Just a Meganium, an Arcanine, and I think Jolteon counts, too. Sadly, these are all you get to see. That health bar took practically forever to drop to zero. What's with these freaks lately? C'mon then, let's see what you've got. ... A critical Explosion, just as I was switching into Verdante. It was going to happen at some point. Damn it all. Verdante... Indeed. Goodbye, Verdante. We'll soldier on. It's odd. A Jolteon survived longer than a Meganium. Hang in there, Gerardo. Yeah, I think I've already met some ill fate. Have you mey my butterfly? Interesting. I've already had a Gyarados, but I'm also playing under shiny clause. So I think I can still catch it. Jolly nature. I just keep getting these good water types. I'll be handing that in later. Well, you know, Magikarp evolve at level twenty. It doesn't take much for them to evolve. Can I have that Dragonite, please. I could do with a replacement right now. Er... sure. Can you wait though? I've got grinding to do. Shitty TMs. ... You came right on time. You've got serious work to do, Ulysses... And now you've got all the help you need. Hop to it! I actually like that pose better than the original HG/SS sprite. Welcome aboard. Yeah, not quite what I was expecting to happen this episode. Things have been shaken up pretty drastically, but the team still has plenty of strength behind it. [spoiler=Team] I also have a new vote in mind. However, due to the nature of the vote and it's relation to recent events. I'll be putting it in spoilers. Please do make your voice heard on this one. [spoiler=Vote] Verdante's Successor That's correct. With Verdante gone, rest in peace, I'm looking to add a new Pokemon to the team. I originally planned to replace him with one of the other starters. However, since I have both a fire type, and plenty of good water types to call on, I'm changing the plan. I want another Grass type to take Verdante's place. I've got two candidate in mind, who will likely be taking Studmuffin's spot on the team (yeah, he's like a subsitute member at this point). Victreebel actually got buffs to both it's attacking stats, and a movepool buff. Trapsnatch therefore, has some great offensives on both sides. His Sassy nature helps improve his lackluster bulk. I've got a Leaf Stone just waiting to power him up. On the other end, we have Drifter the Lileep, who has great defences and a unique typing. His nature boosts his special attack. His movepool however, is lacking in good attack moves until later levels. Edited July 17, 2015 by Shuuda
Blaze The Great
Let's go with Trapsnatch.

blah the Prussian
Herald from blah2127! They tell us that in the event "Verdante's successor" they went with Trapsnatch shall lead us to glory!
Darrman
I'll just follow the crowd. Could ANYTHING survive a defence-halving BP 250 critical hit? Why can't Iron Runes be in Pokémon?
Shuuda
Well, this seems pretty unanimous, so it's Trapsnatch for the new grass type. That said, Gerardo's the most senor Pokemon now.
momogeek2141
Ouch, critical explosion. That really sucks.
Shuuda
Episode Twenty Four: Two on One After the sad events of the last part, I've leveled up Trapsnatch as the new grass type. Now it's time to deal with the Team Rocket Hideout. There will be Admin battles aplenty. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Four: Part One] Yeah, I accidently skipped this part. nothing much happened. Just a Dragonite murdering people. I think they're going to shot me now. Don't worry, he'll be a better grass move soon. You know what to do, Xian. Oh, piss off. Not exactly tight security around here. Are you going to tell about your Naruto manga collection now? Spare me. Smash! Smash! The switch or your penis? Nice to see you doing work, Lance buddy. Is that so? Good, Kingler, with weak special defences. Way ahead of you, Lance buddy. I've got a Sun Stone if you want it. Awesome. That some good password right there. Good use of capitals. Mhmm! Good chum. Another TM I'm too scared to waste. Well, they're good experience. When they're not killing my team at least. Well, at least that means you won't be battling me today. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Four: Part Two] Thanks for makingit easy then, good man. Sweet. Can I get an Earth Badge now? Oh. It's just you. So I can look forward to losing more Pokemon. What's with that walk? Ugh... I hate Skuntant. I know it learns Explosion, so it can sod off quickly. On the other hand, I kind of wish I could have a Toxicroak. I'm so glad I get to see this animation again. Bugger, I forgot he had one of these... with Thunder, and probably Fire Blast. Hateful thing. I'm joking. I love Koffing and Weezing. Two of the fastest Pokemon going head to head? Nice way to end this fight. Suck it, Petrel! Give yourself some credit though, you nearly killed Xian. Bastard. Not now, you murderous bird. I could've had a Golem right now, if not for you. Good thing I bought some Antidotes and Hyper Potions just for this. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Four: Part Three] You'd think one of the grunts would've tried to stop it. I thought I was done double battling you lot before. Bring it on, then. Sweet! I get to team up with a Dragonite. Let's do this! I already know what you'll be packing, so I'll just send out Xian to weaken that Arbok. Lance... the Dragonite. Use the Dragonite! Okay. Dragonite now? Please use a move other than Stone Edge. This is pretty much two on one. At least you're taking more hits than Riley. Dragonite now? Nope. He only has two Pokemon in this battle. Now Xian has to battle them both. Good work, Xian. That's just too cool to not watch. You hear that, Lance? Yeah, see you later. I look forward to kicking your arse again. Jeez! Thanks, Lance buddy! You should stay with Riley. That's all well and good, but Electrodes have a bad habit of exploding. I guess this counts as an encounter. Another lousy nature. Dratini egg, please. This is the last time I help you. Well, you managed it... with your bloody dragons. With that, it's another victory over Team Rocket. I hope this slightly longer episode made up for the short one before. Next time, I'll be taking on Pryce. For him, I plan on making some special changes to my team, based on my predictions of what his team will have. Hopefully, my purpose built team can win without losing anyone. [spoiler=Team]

Shuuda
haha so if you use selfdestruct with your electrode would that count as a death? Yes. If I had a Golem, I'd consider making sure it had Explosion, just as an emergency strategy.
blah the Prussian
Ulysses lived up to his namesake, I see. Even if I do consider Grant one of the more overrated ACW generals, Lucario handled a Magnezone better than he ever could.
Shuuda
Episode Twenty Five: Icebreaker It's time for another gym battle. My record of losing Pokemon in these matches isn't too impressive, which is why I decided to change up my team up a bit. I've taken two special Pokemon this time, one of which ought to spice things up quite nicely. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Five: Part One] Arrow and Trapsnatch will be sitting this out. In their place, are... It's obvious that Pryce will be bringing a Hail team to the battle, so I'm bringing my own weather setter, Noordzee, to help even out the field. His movepool might not be complete, but once I give him the Mystic Water, Surf is all he'll need for now. This change is just for laughs really. A Choice Scarf Reckless Rampardos with Head Smash. I've someone's got to die, let it be in style at least. I'm pretty sure these are the only kinds of puzzle Game Freak have for ice gyms. I know it's icy in here, but it hardly seems like there's room for skiing. I also gave Gerardo Thunder, since I'm packing rain. Bye bye, birdman. I'm almost too scared to use Head Smash at this point. It does have 80% accuracy after all. Sure that's a woman's name. If the trainers have Piloswine, then Pryce has probably evolved his. It's almost as satisfying as Close Combat. Please stop stealing my cool team-member names. That's the trainers done. Perhaps the fact they're all young should raise an eyebrow, but I'm sure it's all innocent. Freeze, old man! [spoiler=Episode Twenty Five: Part Two] Well, you're gonna be suffering some more in a moment. Just don't use Sheer Cold, please. That is a nice scarf. I knew it. I knew it. I made the perfect calls here. Bye, my predicatable little friend. First, we'll get rid of that pesky hail. Jeez, Gerardo actually took quite a bit of damage from that. 100% accurate Thunders. This is why having a Politoed was big deal to me. Usually, that'd be pretty scary, but it's part ground. There was no way it was surviving that anyway. That said, I hope I can get a Mamoswine later on. It'd come in very handy. This is actually worrisome. These things are fast and powerful. No so bad then. Now it's time for the main event. Let's not mess this up. That's a lot of recoil. This might have been a bit too much. I will silence my doubts! This must be done! Die, Lapras, die! You see... no problems at all. Well, not really. I just trampled your team with absurd power. Thanks old man. Plus, I did it without losing anyone. Everything went to plan. Er... no thanks. That Pryce. He's down with the hip young kids. [spoiler=Episode Twenty Five: Aftermath] Looking good, buddies. They were talking about who now? I'm so glad for them. Now however, I've got to crush their dreams.
