Garnef
Are you able to name the generic units, or does the game just give them one?
Emperor Hardin
Based on what I've heard, the games names them itself sadly!

Jedi
Based on what I've heard, the games names them itself sadly! I wonder if they went to the Disgaea school of generic names, if so I'll laugh my ass off. Or we could have something classic from Ogre Battles "Badguy". Emperor Hardin
they get assigned names or they keep whatever generic name they had? They get assigned a list of generic names from what I heard. I'm kinda hoping there will be a DLC or upgrade overseas that allows you to name generics, but its unlikely.
Blue Sun
I have a quick question concerning the captured bosses (I know, kind of a wrong thread): for the bosses who are base classes, do they keep their color scheme when they class change into a specific class (most characters in fates keep their color scheme when they reclass into a specific class, such as Arthur keeping them for Brave Hero but not for Berserker)? For instance: Gazzak wears a ton of red on him as a fighter, so does he keep all of that red when he class changes into a Berserker, a Brave Hero, or neither? I'm going to raise a Steve army!

cloudropis
Wait, you can capture generic units in Fates? That's news to me. Is there a point in using them over regular characters? What are their growth rates? Edited July 29, 2015 by cloudropis
Psyruby
Wait, you can capture generic units in Fates? That's news to me. Is there a point in using them over regular characters? What are their growth rates? It's for fun, their growth rates are on Serenes. They are strictly worse than most characters, but still useable. I'd consider it an extra challenge to use them. Nothing would be funnier than beating the endgame boss with a bunch of generic units.
HeoandReo
I hope they keep the same generic names that they always have. Lucer has been a staple on my team since Shadow Dragon - he will be a staple here again.
