eclipse
i dont think monsters can drop on walls, they didnt work for me idk why or if that was just the glitch glitching edit: also use control enemy on chapter 18 kek And this is why it was impossible for me to grab Ephraim off of that mountain. Hooray for having zero human flying units~! Let's take a look at the big guy, who can double a lot of my guys, and will do so for a lot of damage and a crit bonus-- AHAHAHAHA he's so dead. This would be threatening, if light magic didn't suck. Normally, I wouldn't care, but this guy has a Berserk staff. Screw you too. Myrrh still sucks. This is Rennac's replacement, otherwise known as my favorite guy in Sacred Stones. I know Knoll was awful in vanilla Sacred Stones, but he's the best-looking guy the game has to offer. That's a perfect level from Ephraim! "She's chasing me. Even if she's not on the map!" "Rennac, what's wrong?" "Nothing, sir, except for the fact that an undeployed unit has somehow found me." "I hear she's rich and she's not bad-looking. Maybe she wants you as a--" "NO! I'd sooner die again than marry her!" Elsewhere, L'Arachel sneezed. This is the true boss of the map. Why? Because he can actually do damage to someone. Artur, stop staring at her boobs. This map is long. But not particularly hard. Contrast this to Ephraim's Chapter 14, which is both hard and long (inb4 that's what she said). No matter how you cut it, these horse guys are screwed. Capped stats, but this guy's still fodder. Gilliam~! On one hand, mages can damage him. On the other hand, he one-shots them. At least he'll have Speed, unlike a certain other staffbot. "An eye for both of yours." Pfft, I've got this one in the bag! Dammit. A surprisingly competent level. Not great, but it'll do. Rapier OP, despite the nerfs. Making sure that this guy can't do too much damage to the rest of the crew. YOU'RE A SCRUB WHEN NEIMI DOES THIS TO YOUR FACE. (I lost the screenshot, but she got to stay after I threatened to bench her if her next level sucked on Chapter 13, and she responded with a five-stat level up, including Speed. Guess she really wants to stay by Colm!) Chip damage. With a crit. Which will leave him alive with 1 HP. Lute is ashamed of her performance. Artur maxes a stat. "Hey, you! The guy in my clothes!" "I want to give 'em back to you, but--" "STUFF IT, you're a good decoy. Anyway, THIS is how to gain stats!" "Y-yes, Your Highness. . ." Dinnertime~! "That's the fourth time she's dropped the stash. Tana, give her a hand!" "But I don't have hands!" Battle of the Bowmen continues! That's an awful level--DEFENSE! Speed aside, he's turning out nicely! The second perfect level of the map! Must be a dude-with-blueish-hair thing. This guy is the epitome of Shin levels. With the rest of his stats, I'm not going to complain. This is Ephraim the Journeyman(3). And this is Ephraim the Hero. I obviously went Hero, because of superior movement and CON. Oh, and swords. I like stabbing things. Light magic sucks. Tana nips this guy's heels, and he goes down. Ooh, it's like an axe. But more expensive! Inferior Silver Blade. This is why being locked to a specific range is good for me, especially on a boss that doesn't move. This is also why I'm confident in my abilities to take out such things. Colm giving Kyle a status update on Eir. "You interrupted my meditation!" "EEEP!" Better than nothing! Carlyle wishes that Bolt Axes exist. Totally not intentional! New dude HP: 130 Str: 30 Skl: 40 Spd: 25 Luk: 0 Def: 0 Res: 95 Take the worst of both Rennac and Knoll's growth rates, add their HP growths together, and boost Res, and this is pretty close to what you'll get. 8 Defense is squishy (even with the inflated HP growth), and a 25% Speed growth solidifies a spot on the bench. Sorry, good-looking. Edited August 30, 2015 by eclipse

eclipse
If Artur really was Neimi's brother, Colm would be dead. Chapter 15, or that moment you realized that you forgot a skirmish between chapters 13 and 14 Passable offense, tanky as all hell. Amazing offense, relies on dodging for defense. I want one. ;/ Dodge or die. Rennac can't burst him down. UH-OH. You, on the other hand. . . Excalibur is amazing. So is Auldhulma (Colm will use Siglinde for offense and this for defense). Welcome to the annals of Rig or Die. And that's with maxed Defense on Rennac. Seth has the advantage in this awful terrain. THE REINFORCEMENTS HAVE ARRIVED! Huh. Not bad. I hope you have amazing growths. If Ephraim hadn't shown up, he'd be pretty damn good. I'll take another Silver Bow! Shadowkiller should help Gilliam a bit. I don't remember if I rigged that Strength growth. I probably did. Decided not to rig that hit. I regretted it. Not bad! That's, uh, not how to do tanking. In Rennac terms, that's a decent level. Not complaining too much. . .oh, all right, GET SPEED DAMMIT. Part of me wants to facepalm. The other part of me acknowledges the fact that Neimi really needs Strength. One more level! Typical Kyle level. . .but it's still a good one. Not even a Rennac crit will take him out! . . .but I made sure he crit anyway. Ephraim, once lost in the mountains, was rescued by Kyle's brave band. He grew under the gentle Bishop's tutelage, becoming a fine sword for the replacement princess. "Lute, why do I sound like such a weakling?" "B-but that's one of your better qualities, my love!" Gilliam was inspired by Ephraim's hard work, and continued his service as the Bait of the Renais Army-- "LUTE! I AM NOT A WORM!" "That wasn't what I meant, Gilliam, I swear!" "Your fashion sense is almost as bad as your eyesight." "What?!" "And so is your hearing." "I mean, what did I ever do to you?" "You made a pass at my sister." "You have a sister, Cormag?" "I'M EPHRAIM, YOU SORRY EXCUSE OF A BISHOP!" Artur burst out laughing at the exchange, and got a sloppy level because of it. Sloppy, because it wasn't Speed. "I have restored your honor, eclipse." "Gilliam, why are you talking to thin air?" "It is for the one who writes this LP, Artur." ". . .he's been out in the sun too long. . ." "The scroll's almost as old as me~!" "Isn't the man supposed to give the ring to me?" "Still a thief at heart!" "I could use the extra movement!" "Hey, the dragon back-scratcher!" "When I was a younger whippersnapper, no lock could withstand my touch!" "It's hot, there's sand in my eye, and I gotta listen to this guy blab about his past exploits despite the fact that I have no ears. What did I do to deserve this?" "Oooh, a stick! Fetch!" "WTF, I'm not a domesticated dog!" Saleh decides to channel Ewan. Oh Caellach, you really do suck. . . "I appreciate the effort, but I didn't learn a damn thing from that fight!" Pity that no one can wield that. "I CAN!" Shut up Ewan, I'm not training your sorry ass. I'll, uh, use it for the Speed bonus. Joshua's Harem HP: 80 Str: 105 Skl: 15 Spd: 0 Luk: 45 Def: 30 Res: 0 The only reason why Rennac could get away with no Speed is because he was tanky as hell. You. . .are not so tanky. Bench! HP: 100 Str: 10 Skl: 0 Spd: 40 Luk: 105 Def: 40 Res: 70 If I took the better of Natasha and Syrene's growths, I'd have an amazing super-unit. Alas, I got two halves of an amazing unit. Have fun on the bench with Natasha.
eclipse
While I chip away at Chapter 20. . . Chapter 16 - Welcome home, now where's the salt? This is Myrrh's replacement. He flies, and is unpromoted. Sooooo. . . #bestideas Tana doesn't disappoint! Let the training begin! Spears are OP (it's something ridiculous that I don't remember off the top of my head). WORTH! Even Gilliam is inspired! "Inspired? No. I'm showing the new guy how it's supposed to be done!" Uhh. . .yes, sir! That's a triple-digit Res growth! Remember that Silence staff I picked up? It JUST so happens that these Sages have rather shitty Res. . .and I JUST so happen to have a Bishop with sky-high Magic and good staff rank. . . Kyle just earned his damn keep. "I'M the superior magic-user, now get the hell out of the throne room." ". . .but that's my job. . ." I still have to rely on critkills, because it's the only way I'm going to get rid of these fuckers without eating fatal damage. "That's gonna scratch my horse's armor. I'm going to have to murder you for that. Nothing personal." Tana gets an awesome level-- "Psst, check my growths." Uhh. . .wait. . .5% Speed?! TANA GETS AN AMAZING LEVEL!!!! "That's more like it!" The sages are really defensively tanky. By putting my units in this formation, two Heroes will attack Rennac, and barely fail to kill him thanks to supports. One will attack Lute, allowing her to survive. "Why. . .won't. . .you. . .die?!" Lute finally gets Speed~! I have to break the Silence staff to keep everyone alive. Mage-style level. Thieves prioritize your units over chests. Also, this is great tactical positioning--hey, stop looking at me like that. I WILL SURVIVE THIS! They will, too. Man, it's a battle of attrition! Tana's final level, which is more like what she's been doing the entire game. Lute gains two stats I care about. Gilliam decides he's twice as good as she is. Fodder! EST IS THE BEST! "WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Uhhh. . .Cormag is the best! "Better." Saleh's had it with this leveling business. "There, that's more like it. Time to boot Orson off my dad's throne." Myrrh grabs treasure. I skipped the Knight's Crest because I was short a key. The Hoplon Guard is doing its job! I need another plan. . . .oh FFS. RNG abuse with Lute it is. At least I don't have to abuse her so hard. I may have rigged this because I was getting tired of Orson's dodging. "Some cheating bastards won." Lute also thinks that I'm a cheating bastard. That's the Tomahawk. Was worth the chest key! Some last-minute training. "Make money? I go to the bars, seduce some guy, then beat him up and take his wallet! Wait, what do you mean that's now how it's supposed to be done?" Tana's being a sweetheart. "Dude, you need glasses. That's a pegasus." "They both fly. I don't see a problem." My tactics are brilliant! Colm's ready to kick ass. Artur's bulkier! Second-to-the-last new recruit HP: 25 Str: 80 Skl: 25 Spd: 50 Luk: 0 Def: 5 Res: 145 It's the second coming of Colm! But on wings! These growths are before I used Metis' Tome on him! Est confirmed. kantoorfarina
After that absolute beatdown Valter gave him at the start of the game, I was hoping Rennac would get his revenge. Also, I just thought about how disappointed I am you didn't have Rennac visit the village Rennac is in in Chapter... 9, I think. He would've been talking to his long-lost twin brother, Rennac. eclipse
Pfft, that would require me to have competent units!
eclipse
So I actually finished this run, and I'm proud to say that I didn't have to manipulate the RNG on the final chapter! However, Chapters 18 and 20 were stupidly long, so I'll have to release everything when I have time. Chapter 17 - draft style That's Syrene's replacement. Ooh, nice! Purge is something like 12 MT. . .it's really good. That's scary. So's that. Thank goodness his HP is awful. These guys have Luna. Can I recruit you? THAT IS NICE. Too bad I can't take that sage out in time. That is not so nice. I had Cormag sneak over and peck one of the mages. Those Druids in front of Lyon will vacate their posts on turn 1. I just so happen to have a staffbot with a lot of magic and the ability to use the Warp staff. . .tee-hee~! Lyon is majorly weighed down, so he's doubled. . .and I just took down a late game boss with an Iron Sword. Suck it. Gilliam thought it was funny, too. This is why I rushed the map. However, that wasn't the best thing to come out of this ordeal. It's back~! The Last Unit in the main game I got insanely lucky. First off, Forde is the only one out the three playable characters and one extra guy that can support both Kyle and Ephraim. Second, his affinity is Light - that means he'll give Kyle an extra point of defense, and Ephraim all the offense he'll ever need. Next up is his inventory. With A ranks in both light magic and staves, Aura might as well be a Prf weapon. And it's a Prf weapon with 42 MT against monsters. He also gets Purge, which is a remote beatstick, and is part of the reason why I wasn't outright slaughtered on Chapter 18. Oh, right, growths! HP: 0 Mag: 30 Skl: 20 Spd: 70 Luk: 140 Def: 20 Res: 50 Best combination of growths among all my staffbots, and second-best overall after his buddy Kyle. Throw in utility and supports, and he WILL be on my endgame team!
kantoorfarina
Wow, I didn't even think about how few chapters are left. Sacred Stones is shorter than I remembered. Yay we got Kyle's brother. they're both bishops too!
eclipse
Wow, I didn't even think about how few chapters are left. Sacred Stones is shorter than I remembered. Yay we got Kyle's brother. they're both bishops too! Bishop bros, to be exact! Chapter 18 - dedicated to phobia (again) That's, uh, lovely. The HP, that is. These guys are actually threatening. This guy is not. He tinks Lute. Without supports. Cormag levels. You will see a lot of them. Forde can OHKO these jerks. Not bad! Also not bad! THIS IS EXTREMELY COMPETENT! This is. . .wait. SHE PROCCED SPEED AGAIN?! SOMEONE GET THE BUBBLY! The competence leaked over to Neimi! Before anyone says this is a shit level, Strength is the most important stat he needs to level, and I won't argue against more durability. IT CONTINUES! She needs the offense! And so does he! Phobia reminded me of the "mine" glitch, so I did my best to take advantage of it. My ultimate goal is a Demon Surge, with everything else being gravy. Still a good level. "Double me if you will, but you can't crit me~!" Mission complete. Notice how everyone is clumped up? What I did was bum rush the south, and camp out. As the enemies slowly made their way towards me, I did as much damage to them as I could. Here, Cormag uses this weaponless guy as free training. The bromance begins! That finishes Kyle's support list (Lute A, Colm C, Forde C). "I almost played fetch with the arrow." "But you're the one dressed like Prince Ephraim!" "Oops." A legend is born. MrNight48
2 bishops and an aura? eclipse
2 bishops and an aura? (aura is the strongest light tome against the demon king cause bishop slayer makes its x3 while ivadi forces its x2 bonus over x3) insane luck right there. Hehehe, thanks~! I like Ivaldi due to the Defense bonus it gives (it would've turned Kyle into a SOOPER TANK, but he's the Latona guy instead). If you're still in time and you want to use Stone to give someone Dark Magic, pick up another Stone. You need 7 uses(the last one of a Stone doesn't give WEXP) to use Flux. Alas, I could only get one! Not that it matters, since the only person who would've really wanted Luna would've been Kyle. A speed bump YOU ARE BETWEEN ME AND MY HEAL STAVES. "No, sir, just screwing around on some unnecessary skirmish because Kyle didn't buy enough staves and light magic!" "So, uh, loafing around?" "I wouldn't be if I could fight!" This seems like a bad idea. "A nice blue-haired chick." "Huh?" "So I can have a strong blue-haired boy as a son, and he can fight for his friends." "You're a creep, you know that?" These guys could be a problem. The first thing that Artur does is level a relevant stat. Kyle, the eternal one-upper. Oh shit. Cormag's bored. "I am NOT paid enough for this shit!" "Stop whining, Forde, you're the one with the 42 MT beatstick." "But KYLE. . ." Accuracy: Questionable Effectiveness: Unrivaled "Stop being a scrub and promote me already." N-no one will notice if I steal one and put it in place of Seth. . .right? Oh wait, that CON. . . Cormag the Falcoknight. Cormag the Wyvern Knight. Went with Falcoknight, for bulk. All the offense in the world means squat if you're OHKO'd. Since Colm doesn't have to walk, he can use his spare energy to get amazing levels. "How come there's no mounted Bishops?" "HEY KYLE, THIS IS HOW TO GAIN LEVELS!" "HEY FORDE, THIS IS HOW TO DO DAMAGE!" "Will the two of you SHUT UP ALREADY?! Or make out. Sheesh." Even the Aura beatstick needs some RNG love! Ephraim thinks he's a Warrior. Or something. Chapter 19 Those are rather scary stats. . .but that class, however. . . NO. Don't have time for this. Don't have time for this, either. I would like to draw your attention to the blue square all the way to the left. That is the treasure room, and Kyle's warp range. This might take a while. Eeep. Hammrne the Warp staff. That's a pretty damn good level out of Rennac. These three had a mission up top. See, I wanted to kill Riev in two turns, but I didn't want to deal with the usual RNG cursor manipulation. What I did was burn a VERY long string of numbers, including a few rounds with Neimi (innate crit) and a couple of Killer weapons. Once I'd figured out which RNG string allowed me to crit Riev, I'd warp someone competent over there to end the map. I counted each cluster of three numbers as a "set". The seventh set contained the magical combination that would give me a clean OHKO. Three sets burned (Ephraim doesn't get critted). And six sets burned! Time to tip the scales! Praise Warp! "Of all the idiotic classes I could've become. . ." "Hey, Riev, at least you weren't a FUCKING ZOMBIE!" Gilliam doesn't like imposter Recruits. And now I have competent two-range with swords! The treasures I grabbed were the Runesword (wasn't sure if I'd get the Light Brand), Speedwings, Fortify, and Bolting. . .but I kinda forgot that I picked up Bolting. . . AnonymousSpeed
"A nice blue-haired chick.""Huh?""So I can have a strong blue-haired boy as a son, and he can fight for his friends.""You're a creep, you know that?" Even in fantasy, being a fan of Fire Emblem rarely works in your favor when it comes to dating. Went with Falcoknight, for bulk. I find something very wrong about that statement. Those are rather scary stats. . .but that class, however. . . Gets +15 crit, doesn't it? Hammrne the Warp staff. So, you might say it's...Hammer Time?
eclipse
Gets +15 crit, doesn't it? It turns out that the crit bonus is, uh, irrelevant. Let's see if I can finish this before the end of September~! Chapter 20 Axes OP. Threatening. . .to Tana. This might take a while. At least they're slow? Artur thinks they're funny. Oh my gosh Fraternizing. This is how we get things done! "Sheesh, Artur, if you're going to pretend to be the prince, at least ACT the part!" "I didn't ask for YOUR opinion!" "SHUT UP YOU TWO!" Gotta admit that I'm proud of my brilliant tactics! "I guess I need to be competent in order to help with those tactics" Even Ephraim with a Killing Edge can't ORKO these guys! But thanks to things like supports, I've got a decent chance of landing a crit! "HAIL EPHRAIM!" "Psst, the dude on the horse is supposed to be me." "Sorry, sir." A turn later. . . "I need to ORKO everything! Even if it takes a crit!" TACTICS! Just as planned! "You're. . .just mad that I don't have Speed. . ." "Jealous, Kyle?" "Shut up and heal me already." This may or may not have come from another (more successful) run. Dedicated to Shin. More offense is always welcome! HP aside, these things are scary. "Add an elf chick with a whip, and we'd have a circus!" "STUFF IT, ALL OF YOU!" "I'm not going to take this abuse! Or if I do, I'll be tougher for it!" "Your tactics still blow." The bromance is complete. Pictured: Ephraim being hit by that spider. On one hand, it's going to suck if he misses. On the other hand, he shouldn't be punished for it. "HEY RENNAC!" "I'm going to turn that ponytail of yours into an actual tail if you don't shut your trap." Let clean up commence! "WHO NEEDS AN ASS-KICKING?" "EEEEEP!" Fixing Purge, because remote hell is funny. Once again, Ephraim dodges with his face. "Sorry, it won't happen again." "'cause I'm gonna murder these fucks in one hit." "WHOSE BRIGHT IDEA WAS IT TO MAKE THE BISHOP THE DECOY?!" "You're the one that has the best mix of offense and defense, sir." "Thanks for the vote of confidence, Gilliam." Every stat that I don't care about~! He would've been godly if I had time to raise him properly. Cormag cares not for trivial things like the weapon triangle. "It's YOUR turn to bait the enemies, Forde~!" "I love you too Kyle." "Wait, you're the goddamn wall from last time. . ." "I'm so flattered that you remembered me!" "Now get back here so I can eviscerate you!" I KNEW that Dragon Axe would come in handy! And if you're wondering, I used The Cormag Express to ferry Gilliam over. I wanted to wait all of the enemies out, but they weren't giving enough experience to justify it. "I can get one stat and still look sexy." "Well I got two." "k." When in doubt, stall it out!

DO NOT WANT! Every bit of Speed helps! Even if it's to make Garm not so heavy! Colm for best unit. That's one of the few things left for him to gain stats in. Insurance. For competence's sake. I want what's in this chest. 'sides the snake. "Idiot imposters." "Sure. You were somewhere far away with your tail between your legs, and I could fly." This is who it's for. . .even if he gets it later on (this was from a failed run). "Someone said somethin' about kickin' a Necromancer's ass?" "Is it over yet?" "I GOT A LEVEL?!" "Thank goodness this guy's as fast as a can of molasses!" "How'd you get here so fast?!" "Warp staff. Our magic users are more powerful than you." "HEY LYON, THIS IS FOR HITTING ON MY SISTER!" "E-Ephraim?! What are you doing with that axe?!" "Might as well learn what I'm weak against, right? Too bad I won't afford you the same opportunity!" "Who would've thought he'd be so fast in those robes?!" "Does anyone have a toothbrush? My breath is absolutely atrocious after all of these years!" "You care about such things?!" "Well, yeah, if I'm going to be the destroyer of worlds, I want to be the very best I can! Including my appearance!" "I've even invited my relatives! Say hello to Ingrid, Martin, Bertha, and Reynold!" "I invited all of my friends, too!" "Wait, that's not fair!" "My friends are rooting for me! I know it!" Elsewhere. . . "So, uh, what's everyone bringing to the after-party?" "Guacamole!" "Hummus!" "Corn chips!" "Cream-cheese escargot!" "SHUT UP LUTE!" "They're gonna start the party without me?! I gotta hurry!" "H-hey, that's not a toothbrush!" "I think Seth turned traitor." "You sound oddly happy about that, Rennac." "Why did I get the short end of the stick?" "At least he can't kill me." "Gilliam, you're a nice guy and all, but the last 25 HP is mine." "You. . .slackers. I took down the Demon King all by myself!" "We'll have a toast for you, Ephraim. NOW WHO WANTS TO PARTY?!" Elsewhere. . . "I haven't seen my little brother or girlfriend around." "Chill, Forde, they're probably waiting to hear the good news." "Glad to hear that, Kyle--oh, there they are." "Uhhh. . ." "FRANZ! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TO VANESSA?!" "Uhhh. . .hi, big bro." "YOU ARE DEAD MEAT!" "Sheesh, you two, you're going to end up in Grado if you keep running like that. . .hey, Vanessa, wake up." ". . .ugh. Oh, hi, Kyle. Why are you looking at me like that?" "I-it's nothing. Just. . .wash your face as soon as possible. Nonono, don't touch your face!" "Huh? What's this black stuff? SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE FOR THIS!" Final thoughts Inflated stats on the enemies meant that I had to RNG abuse a lot more than I liked. Luckily, most enemies had a blatant weakness, whether it be to physical attacks, magical attacks, or Kyle with a Silence staff. I thought Kyle was going to be terrible, but he exceeded all of my expectations. I'm surprised that I kept Rennac to the very end, despite his growths. I'd name an MVP, but it's far too hard - everyone had their part to play, whether it be raw damage, utility, or support bonuses. It was an interesting run, and I hope the next iteration of the randomizer can fix the overflow error! Much thanks to the guys behind the randomizer, and for whoever bothered to read this. See that stat booster dump in the end? When all was said and done, only one was necessary - the Body Ring on Ephraim, which gave him just enough speed to double the Demon King. eclipse
. . .and I'm back. Non-benchwarmer unit analysis (in order of recruitment) Kyle - I thought he was going to suck, because he'd be doubled until the end of time. Thanks to supports, he had just enough bulk to survive generics, and once he became a Bishop, he rained down some impressive pain. His staff utility was crazy-good, to the point where I was able to beat Chapter 16 (Silence OP). Rennac - Like Kyle, was going to be doubled in a hurry. . .or not as much of a hurry. 11 Speed held him for quite a while, and along with his crazy-high defenses, he was able to meatshield until everyone else's supports kicked in. He was a constant threat to flying units, and that suited me just fine~! Tana - She was on-and-off the bench, but eventually stayed on when I realized that Cormag was in dire need of supports. Her early Speed helped to offset her mediocre Strength. Unfortunately, she wound up on the wrong side of her 50% Strength growth, which is why she wasn't able to hard-carry the team. Made great magic-bait. Gilliam - Hoo boy. With his growth spread and Great Knight promotion, he stayed good all the way to the end. Most enemies had issues scratching him, let alone actually killing him. He was susceptible to mages and effective weaponry, but that's it. Lute - Started off decent enough, got full supports with Kyle/Artur, and managed to stay relevant because Kyle didn't have time to heal everyone. Her ability to tank was invaluable early in the game (and a damn sight better than Duessel. . .which is a hilarious reversal from vanilla FE8). Artur - 20 HP is extremely frail, even with supports. He could fend decently enough against physical attackers, but any competent mage could OHKO him in lategame. Still, Siegmund made it all worth it. Colm - Glass cannon on a horse. The Rapier was absolutely amazing at making Tarvos and Maelduin cry. Siglinde ensured that he'd have his own beatstick. Saleh - Worst stats on a dancer ever, still saw some usage. Somehow. Luckily, he supported no one of importance. Neimi - Colm really wanted to support her, and she managed a couple of godly levels. She was just fast enough not to be doubled by the worst things, and just bulky enough not to die. In other words, she was the bottom line of "acceptable". Ephraim - Got his ass off the mountain, and didn't regret it at all. He was basically a better Joshua, and helped to keep Tana relevant thanks to supports. He wound up saving the day with Garm, which wasn't what I'd expected when I first recruited him! Cormag - He flew, he was level 1 unpromoted, and I had a Metis' Tome. Finished Artur's supports, and got full Tana supports, too. He was extremely glassy, and never truly caught up. However, he still was useful in ferrying people over to the boss on Chapter 20. Forde - This is an example of the right character in the right class at the right time. Forde was the only one who could support both Kyle and Ephraim (and with Light to boot), and came in as a Bishop with A tomes right before the monsters invaded. His bases and growths were mediocre, but 42 MT on monsters before factoring in personal stats is not something to sneeze at. Who's the MVP? Well. . .everyone. They all did useful things, and I don't regret using this sorry bunch in the slightest!
