Anna's not recruitable in-game. She's in the game's programming, and that's why we know she'll be DLC eventually, but right now she's not available.As for the Day/Night cycle, I can't tell. I've had the Castle be at day and then evening after one chapter. Perhaps someone else has tested it thoroughly, but I haven't noticed if it is attached to your clock like Awakening or if it is on its own cycle. It has seemingly no effect. In my experience it changes by one phase: 1) When you complete a chapter 2) When 6-8 hours have passed with your 3ds in sleep mode. Last I checked, the wiki listed "Unknown" under recruitment: http://www.fireemblemwiki.org/wiki/Anna#Starting_stats_and_growth_rates_2 Given the information that's been datamined, it's a safe assumption that there is indeed eventually intended to be a playable Anna... Even if there wasn't a playable Anna, it would still be reasonable to make a wiki entry, considering all the data on her. It's one thing to have her tucked away, only available to dataminers but her silhouette already appears under Kamui's available supports. It seems like that Anna was planned to be in the main game as a paralogue/side quest character, but Itsys decided to cut her out for whatever reason and using her as a Spotpass/DLC character instead.
