First of all, not a single Birthright-exclusive character appeared in the Hoshidan festival. And second, they seem to be outright ignoring the results of the poll. Shiro is the 3rd most popular kid, yet Shigure got an artwork instead of him. Midori was less popular than Soleil, Selkie and Velouria. It doesn't seem to be consistent. I'm gonna be really upset if the Nohrian festival has a single Conquest-exclusive character. ... or I might be just cranky because it's really late in my Time Zone and I need to sleep soon. I'll probably be able to form a more concrete opinion next morning. Nah don't worry about that dude. Nohr pretty much dominated the popularity polls in all regards, so we're getting a huge Nohr influx. carefreejules Posted March 16, 2016 Share Posted March 16, 2016 (edited) At the end of the day, these are just character illustrations - yeah it's unfortunate that, y'know some of the children that technically ranked higher than others didn't end up getting a CG but it's not the end of the world and this actually opens up windows of opportunities for artists and writers alike to portray and create some of the other children in kimonos and show case what could have been. Heck, I'm plenty disappointed that Soleil didn't get a CG even though she technically ranked higher, but this just motivates me more into drawing her in one. Soleil....Honestly at first, I thought I might like her, as her supports with Laslow were surprisingly touching. But....every support after that killed my liking for her. Her likeness for cute girls (including her own mother) borders on obsession. She can't even take a hint from people who tell her to cut it out (again, like her Mom). I mean, that is how people are able to post screenshots from the game to Miiverse so I don't know how they would be able to photoshop anything since you can't upload anything to Miiverse from your computer (unless I'm missing something here or Miiverse Japan operates things differently). I didn't mean they were actually photoshoped, I meant that they look like the developers were like; "Hey we need CGs of children holding their father's weapon" "Ok, how are we gonna do this?" "Just put the kid's heads over the father's model." Only Kiragi looks like that, but I feel like they did take part of Leon's and just reuse it into Foleos's. Also, I'm pretty sure you can view in-game miiverse posts from the website. Again, its definitely legit, it just looks poorly done imo. Yes, on the bold. The only way these images could have been photoshoped was if people hacked the game (which may be true but I don't think you can make images like that with a hacked 3DS yet). It has some awesome guitar in it and I haven't seen any download links. I know its kinda off topic, but can anyone point me in the right direction to a download? This... is also because I have no further comments about the main point of this thread currently. I've spat out all my criticisms and praises or whatever. But if that's all of them, I can't help but ;/ that Hoshido basically got nothing. If they're going to split the game into two factions, they should've had the foresight to give us top two male and female exclusives for each version, not all together in one combined pool.
