And it was recorded years ago. Changing the subject a bit, I didn't knew, but the Xbox version was delayed. I could totally recommend it if the price is 5 bucks. Also, my friend hates me for draining his summer sale budget with this game. To sum up his opinions, he finds it entirely average, recommends it only to hardcore Megaman players and speedrunners, as he feels they will enjoy it the most, and that he found it overall disappointing for all the hype and stuff behind it, but he goes into some serious depth so I recommend you watch it.
