Alex95
I always leave them in, switching out if I want to play a different game.
Magical Glace
I tend to leave em in, particularly for my PS2 where I rarely ever change the game in it from one of the DWVII discs. Ever.
___
Almost always leave it in, unless i play something else or i'm sharing the console with some else.

ErrantDShepherd
Good the Bad and the Ugly is the best imo... it's two compatriots with Eastwood and Leone are right up there too... but after the Leone trilogy it gets a lot more wide open. Terrence Hill's stuff and the original Django actor's stuff was usually pretty decent. For instance Keoma was weird as hell... but Trinity is Still my Name was awesome. Now I wanna watch some more spaghetti Westerns... :o

Original Alear
i can't say i've ever heard of this movieOh it's a great one, but I forgot, its existence isn't documented and there aren't any copies in the public record. Another one I really love is Duck, You Sucker!, also known as A Fistful of Dynamite. El Topo is also great.
