Most of the maps give you a chance to stand your ground on advantageous terrain and let your opponent come to you, so it should be rare that both you and your opponent are on fortifications. Eh, Guard is pretty amazing on a bulky unit since it removes the only reliable source of incoming damage (special procs). I can see not using Windsweep due to its obvious downsides (Firesweep seems way better in that respect), but Guard should be decently popular once people realize how bonks trading a B-slot for the opponent's special slot is. (We'll see, of course.) The thing is, how much damage do you do with your armors even when the enemy isn't on a fort? (Sheena & Killer Axe isn't exactly a high damage combination.) If there's ever a unit that needed no instruction manual and no inheritance, Narcian is it. (Run him at lances and watch them cry is his job, and he does it amazingly.) The only problem with him is that he's a bit niche, so, while he's great when needed, you mostly only need him for PvE rather than PvP. I have never seen a review on him, is he that low tier? He's a great specialist unit. He does one job very well, and that is murdering Lance and Blue tome units. But then, that's all that he can do! Sure you can make use of him in the arena since Blue units are abundant, but he'll die to many other units other than Blue, hence Michalis is usually preferred over him. Tier doesn't really matter when it comes to offense, as well. It's best to work around it than hesitate. As for his build, his set is already really good, with both Lancebreaker and Savage Blow, he'll deal good damage to grouped up units. His special skill is not important because he would kill the right units without one anyway. You can give him a Positioning skill or Reciprocal Aid if you can't make use of him in some battles. With terrain bonuses, she'll have no trouble at all keeping her HP up for Quick Riposte, and in the worst case scenario, I can have Zephiel or Gwendolyn trade spots with her. The only run that wasn't deathless was one where I messed up my positioning against a Reinhardt and got Draug sniped since Draug was only there to supply another stack of Ward Armor and still only had vanilla skills. All you need to do is put it down somewhere and light it ablaze, and the moths will come. Here I'm just feeling good about my one +Atk Brave Lance+ Effie, and the Hector with no SI... Arvis as an Emperor with Valflame sounds cool, but I feel like they'll just make him a regular mage, since that's how he appears in all the art.
