My MVP list is Young Tiki, Delthea, Ninian, Nino, Bride Cordelia, Olivia, Azura and Sakura. Basically my core Arena/grinding team and the TT bonus units. I usually try to switch up my TT teams to use units that are un-capped, as I feel it would be a waste to have them all built up but just sitting around in my barracks, doing nothing =P .
