Not as smarmy as Nicolas Cage, but there are better actors, definitely (check out Woody Harrelson, Kevin Spacey, James Spader, and John Malkovich, to name a few). I just beat Megaman X Command Mission and even though it was fun, it was very short and unsatisfying; is that normal?
