also have we ever had a slow sword with really high Res? Maybe have high HP as well. Maybe good for a min-maxed anti-mage/dragon niche?

also we need a fast Axe infantry unit with a high Def stat (Raven is a bit glass cannony and Linus’s Spd could be a bit more). Or a high Res stat but with better Atk than Anna. 

Actually maybe an axe version of a typical peg knight- high Res and Spd.

high defense blue flier with better attack than Subaki. Or just a blue flier tank with mixed bulk.

slow melees dont work in this current meta well unless they have access to the following skills (not all but some):

Innate built in DC in a weapon or Bold fighter or Vengefull fighter or a means to prevent doubles (see Myrrh) otherwise you can basicly flush them down the toilet unless they are called Lukas or Hinata and can reach 50+ def, because there are by far better options.

Well they do work i am exagerating a bit, but slow melees really are usually in a bad spot unless as said they are specialised stat wise to the min max or run some personal weapons that give them a good niche.

Florina is the mixed bulk blue flier.

@Hilda well not much for meta reason but just variety i guess. But yeah i was thinking minmaxed like a red Res Lukas. And yeah i would imagine DC is needed to make it work. 

@Ice Dragon ah forgot to mention sword armour. Ironically i was thinking of how you mention that Zephiel has the highest res of the sword knights.

well speaking of, a fast red mage armour that can be more player phase sounds like fun. We have a lot of slow red mages in general.

fair enough on Camilla, her defauly Brave Axe skews my perception of her actual Spd plus her prf can give her more boosts.

also forgot about Valter but we do need more physically defensive blue fliers for variety in the summoning pool. maybe for player phase since Sumia seems to be bulkier mostly on enemy phase?

I literally always think "red armor" before realizing Tharja counts when I need to mention that fact, so you're not alone

How about a cavalry axe that's strong AND fast. Titania has speed, but her attack is mediocre. Frederick and Walhart are slow but strong and tanky.

Spring Alfonse has the same Atk as Frederick and 1 less Spd than Titania, if that counts.

There are too many to keep track of now, especially for the less commonly used class combinations.
