I can confirm that Atk/Res Bond 4 works just like the spring weapons: the skill will nullify the stat reduction during the combat, but the penalty is still there so Blizzard will use any negative stats to boost Gunnthrá's attack.

The map used was Paralogue 37-2: A Pair of Queens, on Lunatic. Micaiah has 41 Res (48 with Atk/Res Bond 4), and my Gunnthrá has exactly 48 Atk.

Gunnthrá Vs. Brave Micaiah without penalties:

Gunnthrá Vs. Brave Micaiah, with Atk-7 from Feint Atk 3.

You can see than even with the Atk-7, Micaiah's Atk doesn't get lower. However, Gunnthrá gets the additional 7 Atk from Micaiah's debuffs.

Either way, Gunnthrá is dead.
