I would say Ike, because his growths are fantastic, his promotion makes him even more of a beast, and Ragnell makes him OP. Although as a unit, Kieran is also quite good in my experience. I personally think that Kieran's better because he has a horse, reliable 1-2 range whereas Ike won't have that until he gets Ragnell. Plus, Kieran can promote earlier.
