Florete
I've done some calculations, taken all situations into account, and discovered something interesting. That is, the characters in this game with the highest possible avoid: Lucia and Zihark. Surprised? Considering they cap speed and luck, they can reach 200 avoid, Zihark on 4-2 and Lucia on 4-5 and 4-E-2. Calculations are as follows: Avoid = (Attack Speed x 2) + Luck + Biorhythm bonus + Buddy support bonus + Terrain bonus + Leadership bonus + Affinity bonus For Lucia: (4-5/4-E-2) Avoid = 80 + 35 + 10 + 45 + 10 + 20/15 + 0/5 = 200. For Zihark: Avoid = 80 + 30 + 10 + 45 + 10 + 20 + 5 = 200. Those aren't too likely to be seen, but it's interesting to find out. Here's the order I've gotten so far, taking all possibilities into account: 1. Lucia (200 on 4-5 and 4-E-2) and Zihark (200 on 4-2) 3. Caineghis (195 on 4-E-4 at earliest) 4. Vika (192 on 4-5) and Volug (192 on 4-E-2) 6. Nolan (190 on 4-2) 7. Ike (189 on 4-E-2) 8. Fiona (188 on 4-2) 9. Ulki (187 on 4-4 and 4-E-4) 10. Nailah (185 on 4-E-1 at earliest) and Ranulf (185 on 4-5) 12. Oscar (184 on 4-2) 13. Tanith (182 on 4-E-2) 14. Naesala (180 on 4-E-2 at earliest), Tibarn (180 on 4-E-3), and Lyre (180 on 4-1, 4-2 and 4-5) 17. Janaff (179 on 4-1, 4-2, 4-5) 18. Mia (178 on 4-E-1) and Heather (178 on 4-E-1) 20. Renning (176 on 4-E-4 at earliest) 21. Nealuchi (175 on 4-E-2 at earliest), Sothe (175 on 4-E-1 at earliest) and Giffca (175 on 4-E-4 at earliest) This is everyone with 175+ for now. Remember that I included possible terrain bonuses for foot units, map affinity bonuses, and the fact that Tibarn has 4 authority stars and Ike has 3. This took me a while and I'm reasonably sure I did it right. I don't think I left anyone out. You may think it unreasonable that someone like Fiona has capped speed and luck as early as 4-2, but it's possible, and that's all that matters here. Mekkah
That'd be 60 Spd instead of 40 then, so +40 avo?
xanatha
Wow! Great work! I had no idea how to find out a unit's avoid. But what is "Leadership Bonus"?
Reikken
That'd be 60 Spd instead of 40 then, so +40 avo? or +50 for Naesala, etc
VincentASM
Wow! Great work!I had no idea how to find out a unit's avoid. But what is "Leadership Bonus"? You get +5 Hit and Avoid for each Authority/Leadership star that your Commander has.

Destiny Hero
Hm. I'd allways assumed Elincia, Fiona, Mia, and Naesala were the Avoid champs.
Knife
I can't believe Naesala is 13th. Something is wrong.
Florete
I can't believe Naesala is 13th. Something is wrong. He doesn't have Earth affinity or terrain bonuses.
Killer Poleax
Wow how long did you spend on those calculations? I usually just go by what's in the game but I guess it's intersting.
xanatha
Wait a secaond... My Heather once had better avoid than Tibarn. How can this be?
Raven
I personally can't believe Nolan is where he is. I'll be damned.
Florete
Wait a secaond... My Heather once had better avoid than Tibarn. How can this be? This is the max avoid they can ever reach. Some have very specific conditions. I personally can't believe Nolan is where he is. I'll be damned. Earth support does wonders. The only earth affinity character not up there is Ena because of her craptastic speed.

Reikken
This is the max avoid they can ever reach. No, it's not. They can get quite a lot more with Resolve.
Raven
No, it's not. They can get quite a lot more with Resolve. True, but at the same time, a unit must first have Resolve, and then have 50% damage or more. This is useful because not every unit will be able to have a Resolve skill attached.
