I imagine it should be quite bad, since it's on a way bigger screen than usual, but it didn't look that bad in the video. It looks beautiful for most practical intents and purposes. This setup was actually kind of useful in the Mario Kart 7 tournaments we had at game club once or twice. Just the regular Wii. Wii Dolphin Emulator high resolution looks beautiful. The 3DS models have anti-aliasing issues when you have a screen that's really big... but only noticable if you're freaking squinting and looking for the flaws.
