Who should MaMU Marry for the best Third Gen Morgan?
MelonGx replied to ShadowSlayer's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
You can keep Lon'qu/Maribelle for spanning Brady's additional usages. Lon'qu is also fit for Miriel since Laurent needs Vantage/Vengeance to be some tanks and his lacking of Galeforce to hit & away makes him not requiring Luna so much. @Chiki Actually I didn't use it except the period I just had some new Einherjars to grind my first LB items. It has an additional up-to-40-50% chance to heal more damage and gets less damage from Range 1 Counter you can't destroy it first, which makes the unit in-training a little tougher. -

MelonGx replied to ShadowSlayer's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Suppose that you have 4 attacks and your unit's SKL is 53, Celica's Gale + Sol has 26.9%(*) chance to heal less damage than Aversa's Night.* (1-0.53)^4 + 4*0.53*(1-0.53)^3 (Edit) Fixed a wrong probability and its calculation. -
Who should MaMU Marry for the best Third Gen Morgan?
MelonGx replied to ShadowSlayer's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Aversa's Night isn't effective in Apotheosis which is filled with high RES units and Range 1 Counters, because it only hits once. But it's very effective in any other situation because its 100% Sol effect raises your dynamic HP and general resistance. -
Who should MaMU Marry for the best Third Gen Morgan?
MelonGx replied to ShadowSlayer's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Ricken/Lissa gives Owain a better MEG and Luna access, which makes him powerful and easy handling in post-game. Libra/Olivia gives Inigo a good MEG, a Nostank(*) and a Galeforced mire user access which makes him rule all stages in-game. But he lacks of Luna. That means for the post-game usage he just works good on Dual-strike side since Vantage/Vengeance is difficult to handle against high parameter enemies. * Nostank = Vantage + Vengeance/Sol + Nosferatu/Aversa's Night (+Armsthrift) (+Galeforce) It's just not very effective on Range 1 Counter & high RES units. -
So a new question comes from my solution:Seven 9x% DualStrikes, or five 9x% + one 100%?

How to make Paralogue 22 as difficult as possible?
MelonGx replied to MelonGx's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Downgrading class on turn 1 sounds great. But how do the copies have your own weapon? I tried some patterns but they always had the default Silver ones. -
This stage offers a mirror match, which means offensive team is quite the same as defensive team. But their purposes are different and unbalanced. Offensive team should have a victory on the battle. But defensive team is just required to kill opponent at least one. (Edit) What I want to do is building a team to kill offensive unit as easy as possible and prevent offensive team to win. I tried building a few teams but didn't feel them harder to be defeated at all, except a team with absolutely no Galeforce units. With all units in Lethality or Range 1 Counter, and no Galeforce, if I doubled some to destroy opponent units with no risk, my pairs would force to engage the rest enemies' Lethality and/or Range 1 Counter at enemy phase. This sounds a good idea. Any other ideas?

Don't forget that DualStrike+ makes A-support as a common S-support. So: Lucina/Chrom and Donnel!Kjelle/Laurent may be the best solution of this. Though it makes you unable to use Lucina's DualStrike+ to have a 100% DualStrike pair and remains both pairs above in 9x% DualStrike rate.
-
Sorceror with Waste+ has a +4 better output than Sage with Celica's Gale+, with a not reliable accuracy and -1 Meg, -4 Skl to dual partner though.

If enable grinding after Chapter 3, there are no asset/flaws unavailable because of Frederick Emblem. It just required Frederick to gain Spd+1 from every level-up otherwise you would feel too hard to defeat Ch3's wave 1.

Who makes for a better wife? Olivia or Sumia?
MelonGx replied to 249019835431097531's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
Physical attacks are not very effective to Apo's bosses than magical attacks. Olivia!Lucina is the only Galeforced one who doesn't have Tomefaire. If LB is banned in a run, her output to the bosses sucks. Though it's still not bad for any LB enabled runs then. -
That Olivia is sexy and attractive :P (already gave a Yeah! yesterday) -------------------------------------------------- https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYIHAAAEAAB5UqFPH-ehgQ Just performed a maximized Rating: Character: Henry!Nah!Morgan (+17) Class: Manakete (+270) Skill: LB, All+2, Def+2, Spd+2, Defender (+95) Weapon: Dragonstone+ (+48) Dual: Manakete (or Grandmaster/Paladin/War Cleric/Monk/Dread Fighter/Bride) with Rank A+ support (+37) Item: Tiki's Tear/All Tonics but HP, Holy Water (+19) Dance: +8 Rallies: +74 Barracks: +8 Total: +576 Thanks to (spoiler) helping me adjust the character to have Barrack bonus :)

Has anyone ever seen an Avatar with no avatar!?
MelonGx replied to MelonGx's topic in Fire Emblem: Awakening
I can confirm that Vaike!Gerome!Morgan has the same hair color as Vaike's & Vaike!Gerome's. -
BTW, how do you all rate this Morgan? https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYIHAAAEAADCUqFO6ehGGA It seems to be a Lon'qu!Yarne!Morgan with FeMU +SPD/-DEF.

Posted a topic on US region's FE:A community from 3DS. I just need to scroll down the main page to the end and switch the community region from the touch-screen's left-bottom. However, I'm not able to create player posts because my game is JPN version. JPN game's screenshots are also not allowed to be posted there.

You can visit the URL to see how weird the no-avatar MU in the screenshots. -
https://miiverse.nintendo.net/posts/AYIHAAAEAADCUqFO3wlwvA Just found this weird thing on Miiverse. The topic creator said it happened on a StreetPass. One of the topic follower said that he had ever met the same thing before. I'm curious about why it could happen.

For myself: (Girls) Micaiah, Katarina --- They helped the LTCs a lot, though a shadowgift unit is not a necessary one in all stages' LTC except in Future Past 2. Palla --- Made her a rally bot or a Kamikaze unit in StreetPass. Other girls except Est --- Made them Nostanks because Galeforced Slime is the key to perform many stages' LTC. They can be changed to any other class when they are needed to. Est --- Don't know how to use her. Any advice? (Guys) Seliph --- Made him a Nostank because his Aggressor provides a higher Slime power. He can be changed to any other class when he is needed to. Other guys --- Not trained.

Question: How to decide Panne & Nowi's pairing from leftovers? It may be Virion, Libra, Kellam / Frederick / Henry. Thanks very much.
-
I just knew that FE:A JPN version could only receive JPN teams. BTW, I wondered whether it is able to have the NA special Mii from HomePass or not, if the "connected Nintendo Zone" meant this.

OK I apologize again that I confused the two words "speedrun" and "LTC". And actually I do have nothing to discuss on the real speedrun. I also cannot edit the topic title to redirect everyone to discuss LTC. So I leave from this topic.
