Yeah Desparation + Brave Sword... maybe Vantage too? (since she needs to hit asap) Sheena has the highest DEF+RES stat: Aka best wall tanker. Her issue is ... Red Mage/Sword... So ... have a Linde or MRobin stand behind her to snipe. (Give her renewal and +7 res under 50%? or something to make her viable?)

Goto Skill for Cherche? I know people bring her Brave Axe and Darting Blow. Anything else? I am wondering if Frederick can be a mini-Cherche... He has slightly lower atk, while having higher def and hp. Their res both sucks which is normal. (A +ATK Frederick might be viable) That being said. I have a +Spd/-Res Frederick; So ... to my knowledge; Brave Axe isnt worth it? How come no one is talking about Hana? High atk+High Spd?

Pretty sure its not your first time playing 9-5. Come on... 9-4 / 9-5 Personal Units is definitely easier than 10th stratum Selective unit (then again ... its been a while)

Yay... level 31 .. from level 29. (for 2/3 teams) Okay... this is uber slow. Need to speed up my 3 teams faster. Didnt use any stamina pot. Maybe I should focus one team at a time. Or maybe I shouldnt start so last minute.

I havent gotten him... but why do I feel like he's going to be easy. It's easy to bait out the CAv.. the other Cav will take sometimes... which leaves you .. and 3 peg(wyvern)

Yeah thanks alot. I am thinking ... maybe get rid of Killer Axe (since it literally takes 5 turns to charge) ... then again.. if you are using Recip/Healer... these 5 turns might come. I figured building a team of 4* units in arena... becausethey MIGHT (might) be easier to get to +10... maybe not because feathers.

Hawkeye With Quick Riposte / Distant Counter (Yeah.. the same duo) He will Riposte at least twice? (Because of his higher def/res) ... Well mine is +res... he technically can survive magic hit. Or maybe not if they hit twice. Anyone managed to make a Hawkeye viable? (just for fun?) @Sire (shoulda post it on your thread)

Still training Cav/Flier/Armor to level 40. At level 28. Jesus... Imma about to cry. (3 different teams worth of level 28). Have 24 stamina pot and about 9 lucky days. (Assuming 1 day = 15 battles... since 200 stamina... I technically have only 5 days to train them all to as high as possible)

Pretty much. You have about 16 different characters. That is not enough to fit all FE8 playable cast. I see a form of Jeigan/Gunter as Oak. As for gym each gym = 1 specific game type? IE: Renais Castle (Twin as your leader), Elincia (Ike/Lucia or somebody as her trainer... though we need to get rid of Generic Trainer Or use something like ... CoolTrainer Lucia), Jugdral, House Ostia etc. If you were to dump them as Pokemon ... Use what Fire Emblem Heroes is doing. Some characters have stronger stats/some weaker. Some have stronger weapon (IE: Attack). It's something worth thinking... But that's the challenge. [And you probably spend way more times than needed]. I think you have more than enough typing (listed above). Maybe see the digimon pokemon hack for an example. Actually.. you can use different class as pokemon too... -Cain/Abel typing -Jeigan Pokemon typing that way you have more distinguishable pokemons.

1.Emblem Dex: Aim for 151 MAX (Reuse element: Like Axe Cav, Lance Cav Idk etc -- if u are using portraits... then you have more options) 2.No Idea (Fire Emblem as a pokemon) 3.R/B/G have what ... 8 gym leaders, 2 oak/rival, you, that 3rd chick, (probably another 20-30 generic characters) There's going to be alot of characters what wont make the cut. Ideally characters as pokemons seem better (But ... Art wise... I know is CRAP ton of works) 4. 3 tier system at level 16/36 ? Then the Wyvern being the dragonite type (30/50)? Good Luck. Yeah.. I was talking about people with Takumi on offence. But its fine. Yup Robin is definitely a Takumi killer. If people can build an Ephraim like Hector (since they are built similar... except with 2 range and slightly lower stat + a bunch of skill inherit).. It might be a solid Offence team. I dont think Hector is a good defence... (Unless your defence team is Julia/Hector x2 all green.. someone will evnetually fall) Julia and Nino is definitely trouble. My Tharja can 1RKO but at the cost of taking 1 hit -- and it hurts. I cannot give her TAdept because ... I need her to snipe Blue occasionally. Do bonus character counts for defence team (anyone knows?) ... if not... literally going to believe in highest stat and eventually shift to a one color team and someone will fall eventually. ( I assume ... 3 surviving characters = 250+?)

The thing about TAdept is.. it comes with a cost. Against Green unit. But .. in Ephraim case.. you might benefit. Since most green unit only manage to do one hit on Ephraim (unless Brave or Nino -- which is instant death). Like Tadept on Roy is bad ... since Roy can easily nullify any green unit w/o Tadept (unless -atk)

@MaskedAmpharos Idk... my Ephraim usually one shot Lyn/Lucina etc etc. (idk about Chrom/Roy). Ephraim is pretty much built like a Lance Hector with movement. My Ephraim almost always struggle against a RED DRAGON (Tiki). Even Ephraim mostly win in defence... but not worth it. He needs WyvmSlayer or something ... to fight her off.

Whelp. This kind of explain why I didnt get any defence result last week. I literally slot a level 40 4* bias there.

@Ice Dragon - I guess Robin is less of a concern. Since any mage including Tharja can handle Robin. Man ... 3x Hector + 1 Effie (with Wing for Roy) might ruin everyone moment. Since no one brings ArmorSlayer as off yet. That being said. What's a good way to build a defensive team? (Highest BST? All units of 1 color [guaranteed defence?]?) Does Arena by default takes your last Entry team? (Or is defence team.. the first slot in your team list)

Like @MrSmokestack ... Nowi to me ... is just there. (She doesnt have good B/B) but that doesnt matter. She usually just sit around doing nothing or... tank on Takumi hit and cannot finish (lovely vantage) .... I dont plan to give her any skill... we'lll see how it plays out. Maybe enough for Vantage 2 at best. Also.. MrSmokestack : TAdept on a flier doesnt seem that good. Maybe.. maybe not. Maybe if you have a second TAdept to make up the mess..in case an opposite Color is at range. (TAdept on a Cav). Yeah definitely planning to save one Iote Shield (And I am pretty sure... Vaida or Galle or Valter) will have more Iote in the future. Hopefully some learns it naturally. I know Death Blow is also a strong one.
