    After playing Crossbell I can easily say that the Erebonia games are my least favorites, considering I really like Cold Steel II. Rean is the least interesting main protagonist and the gameplay didn't really improve compared to Crossbell. Azure introduced the masterquartz system and cool features like duo s-craft or team attack turns. Also Cold Steel features more of these mech fights, I really don't like.     Lloyd alongside with lightly dressed girls seems like to be a as common gimmick in JRPGs now as Kratos being the name for a memorable villain.

    In Trails of Azure this event also serves to deepen the character bonds. Umm... at least... seeing the woman caring for the man is less common, I'd say.

    That's why I usually don't pull focus units who are in the 3-4* pull. Today was an exception because I wanted a Caeda to make her +10 (screw coloursharing!). Marth is +def / -res which doesn't matter since any (common) 4* +atk Marth can fix it. Also doing these refines isn't easy because gold dews are extremly rare and lots of 5* exclusive units got a refine lately who have higher priority of course. ... Though that's why I should promote 4* units to upgrade their weapon to gain gold dews in exchange.

    It's the only real time in the Trails series you can enjoy this "event". I have to admit it has been the first non Persona game who has offered that kind of stuff to me (if may I put hotspring scenes like in Tales of aside). There are some owned games which have that as DLC, but for free beach events are an absolute rarity. And in measures I tolerate them.

    Sounds reasonable enough. I rarely build up non 5* units nowadays aside of GHB or TT units, so I had to ask. Though I have no DB right now. I could sacrifice a Dimitri, but I would like to inherit DB4 with his B skill.

    Since the hair stylist still will be closed till the end of the month I decided to cut my own hair. It was not bad at all! The result was good and it lasted less than five minutes. I will do it on my own from now on.

    It would interest me too if the free 5* focus for 40 summons applies to this banner as well. I thought it only applies to New Heroes banners combined with the summoming tickets from forging bonds. It's crucial for me, wether I will pull or not. As much as I despise powercreep on alts, I am almost tempted to go for Caeda.

    Nah, I don't tend to purchase anything in near future until Xenoblade 1 is out. I have tons of unfinished games yet to play which will keep me busy till end of 2021 for sure.

    Done with chapter 1 in Azure. I noticed two things: Ememies are more dangerous because they have status ailments from the beginning on. Allies are nerfed. Godly crats like Elie's CP-restore requires 50% more CP than in Zero and can't target herself anymore. Though its range seems to be a bit larger now.

    I haven't played any of these, and I can't say I'm really interested in any of these. I watched a few parts of Tropical Freeze. It looks fun, but it seems to be a really tough platformer, typical for Donkey Kong actually. Since I don't have the skills for platformers anymore, this game could cause frustration, I don't resist to. Breath of the Wild might me praised as best game for the Switch by everyone, but Zelda never ever has been my cup of tea, and never will, especially 3D ones. I could beat one Zelda game, and this only with much help. I can't say anything about Astral Chain aside it has been brought up in this thread. Kirby Star Allies is also on sale, but from playing the demo I can't really see it could become as great as Return to Dreamland or Triple Deluxe were. I'm conflicted, but I tend not to buy it.
