Well at least they're getting all these lame units out at once. Never really liked Awakening and Fates' beast units.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time we've seen something like that. There was Carcino in The Sacred Stones, a little nation born well after the others. Plus, how Crimea and Daein were once part of Begnion.

I'm hoping that sometime soon we get some full character artwork (since all we have so far are in-game portraits) so I can get a better look at the characters.

What 4 crests? Pretty sure the only one we know for sure is from Leicester is the moon symbol.

I think for many people, the idea is still weird as a teacher likely has a significant age difference compared to most students, even in college. Also, I think it carries a more negative stigma with a lot of people as the idea of a teacher getting it on with a student might give off signs of favoritism.

I'm definitely curious about all those supposed nations outside of Fodlan. I mean, why would they go through the effort if they weren't a part of things in some way.

Cutscenes have never had such an impact on characters in regards to reclassing. Chrom always appears in his Lord outfit even if you have him as a Cavalier or Archer or whichever. The only time characters change in cutscenes is if they have a story related promotion (like Ike and Micaiah in Radiant Dawn).

I agree with the idea that the house you choose will probably be the only ones you can customize. If we end up getting any units from other houses, I feel like they'll be pre-set.

Doesn't sound too bad. I don't have Azura, but do use the other 3. So I either get a new unit or another merge.

I suppose it can't be helped. Japan loves their "master and protege" relationships. As long as they don't shoehorn 2nd gen units, I can tolerate it.

Didn't make it in time for Amazon, so I went for Best Buy instead. I seem to be getting my special editions from them more often despite them not being my first choice. Same thing happened with Fates and Echoes for me.

Honestly, I don't think they're out to demonize religion. I think one of the producers on Luminous Arc 2 said something about this, but it was basically that it's more of a storytelling gimmick, used to symbolize how one spends most of their early life just doing whatever everyone tells them to do and are told to believe what they should believe, before growing up and going out to discover the truth for yourself.

Well, Blue has always been my favorite color, and Dmitri looks cool, so I guess that as of right now. Could possibly change based on characters.

Eh, I don't mind Byleth being a silent protagonist. Not like the previous Avatars were that interesting anyway. Robin was dull and Corrin was whiny.

Not the first. Echoes: Shadows of Valentia was fully voiced. Edit: Awakening was the only 3DS game to have a Japanese voice option. Fates and Echoes did not.

I doubt Koei Tecmo's involvement went beyond just helping with 3D models or something. Stuff like story, music, and all that was likely by Intelligent Systems. No different from Monolith Soft giving Breath of the Wild's team some technical support.

Only thing that sucks is that, like most directs, it's during a time when I'm working. Guess I can hold off until 5 PM when I get home (2 hours after the direct starts). Kind of makes me glad how they put the Feh Channels much later in the day so I'm actually home when they're on.

Pretty nice how Three Houses seems to be the primary featured game judging by the advertisement.

So, got Performing Arts Shigure on the first one. Not sure what I'll do with him as I don't intend to make him part of my team. Maybe see if he has skills I like that someone else could use. If not, he's feathers. Today, I got Spring Catria on the 2nd one. Thought about merging her but ended up giving her Chill Res to Nino. She really needed a new B skill and I think this hits the mark perfectly.

2 New Hero banners. Excellent. We can get some actual progress in the story hopefully.

I just want new heroes period and less seasonals. Because at least the new hero banners, no matter what characters they have, at least have more to do (like story chapters).

I got Ike twice. :D So yeah 8 Greil's and 2 Ike's before Mist finally came around.

I think this banner more than anything else made me wish trading was a thing. :D I finally got Mist, but only after getting 8 Griel's. I'm not sure whether to call that lucky or insane.

Welp, I'm not sure how to grade my luck in this banner. I ended up getting Greil 5 times, so I have a 5* +4 of him now, which is pretty nice. However, Mist was the other prize I wanted and that didn't work out. Guess I'll have to see whether or not to try again or wait for her to inevitably be on a Legendary banner which wouldn't be for a long time.
