But if you do that, we may as well throw out everyone who's not optimal deployment at some point. Sure, that's not as big a deal on this list as others since we have many armies and some chapters where you can deploy tons of people, but we still get a bunch of people thrown into bottom because they do nothing ever. You can't just assume she isn't being used at all. Also, I was thinking. Seeing as Meg, Fiona, and Astrid can all at least be deployed for free at some point, is it possible that Lyre could even drop into her own tier below them?

I wouldn't PREFER it. I already have SD, and FE3 book 2 is just 20 chapters. I like having more content as well as them attracting new people to the series so as to make it more successful so I get more FEs. Now, I wouldn't COMPLAIN about that, but I wouldn't PREFER it.

Uh, YOU CAN PLAY CLASSIC MODE. But, sure, you can freak out at them for trying to make the series more popular while giving us exactly what we want- Classic Mode and higher difficulties. If you're that upset about the My Unit, think of it not as a Role-Play character, but as a way to artificially affect difficulty. You can make the best possible or worst possible if you want. Or you can use the default.

Right, because it's MUCH better to only have options that attract veterans but drive away new players instead of giving choices that appeal to both. Yup, I want Fire Emblem to die, when instead it could continue and offer me the exact same experience.

Well, seeing as it's been two years and this is a remake, that could be what they've done in this time. Still, though, there are 1300 possible appearances and 60 possible combinations of past present future. That's like 78,000 possible characters. Also, Q: How is it that one of your past choices is Cleric's child? Isn't that, like, not at all holy? I mean, FE is based off of Europe/Rome, so you've got monks, nuns, and the Vestial Virgins (sp?) to base the clerics off of...

Well, Casual Mode would be nice since you don't have to worry about them after they've served their purpose. Like you could use them as a decoy to ward off enemies from your main group after they've done something that helps you get through the chapter instead of deploying them AND someone who we don't care about. It allows for different strategies. Of course, I only see that as viable in maniac and lunatic modes. On easier difficulties for anyone here, it just means you can do whatever the heck you want and not lose.

Wow, people are dumb. If you look at the comments on 1up.com, people think this is a REMAKE OF SHADOW DRAGON. And then someone says that it isn't, it's a remake of a different game that is a sequel to FE1 and thus Shadow Dragon, someone responds with saying basically SO IT IS A REMAKE OF SHADOW DRAGON!

I was being sarcastic there. It was mostly just a jab at how often times fans manage to come up with great ideas, but the companies themselves fail to come up with those same or similar ideas. Obviously I'm aware of how miserably that would fail- especially when a large chunk of the pokemon fanbase is like 8.

This is really exciting to me. First off, it's being released REALLY soon, and I've always wanted a create-a-character option. I'm really, really, really happy about this game. I think they'd have to really try hard to ruin it now. But you never know.

I think that Nintendo should just fire all of its employees and hire fans to work on the games.
