Most of my FE OCs are Tellius based, but I have two Fates ones. Ebony is a black furred kitsune. Kitsunes are extremely superstitious, and black is a rare color for them, with most being shades of red/yellow/orange/brown, and the occasional white or silver. They believe that a black kitsune will bring bad luck, misfortune, and the eventual downfall of the tribe. So of course Ebony, who was just called Omega, was treated like crap until she ran off one night. She ran into some human fur hunters and she would've died if a wolfskin pack hadn't been there to help her fight them off. She was wounded, so they took her to their healers, not like human healers of course, they don't use magic to heal. Herbal remedies, basically. The pack healers were a couple with a rambunctious young daughter, Kali, who convinced her parents to adopt Omega and they renamed her Ebony. Kali has blueish gray fur and her and Ebony are close like sisters, naturally.

I don't think so...I mean in Mystery Dungeon there are no humans. But it's implied that they existed long ago. I like the idea of Mystery Dungeon taking place so far in the wilderness that humans won't go there, if that's even possible. Would be nice to see a Mystery Dungeon plot where humans are moving in and it's getting harder and harder for the pokemon to stay hidden. The player being a human that got turned into a pokemon is a major one trick pony. It was great for Red/Blue Rescue Team. But now they need to try something different. So it's a bit of a stretch to actually put Gladion in a future Mystery Dungeon, because, you know, he's a human. But it would be awesome anyway to see him as one of the human invaders...maybe N's among them too and his ability to talk to pokemon results in him trying to mediate/find a solution that makes both sides happy.

Ride unicorns, which exist in that universe. Each police officer is bonded to his or her unicorn for life and if the officer dies, the unicorn dies as well due to the bond. Unicorns are used in the police force because their fast running speed and magical powers are useful for catching criminals. Don't exist. Babies are trained to use piddle pads like puppies until they're big enough for toilets. People in this universe can also crawl and move around within an hour from birth. So the piddle pads are easily accessable to the babies. In an alternate universe, old people...

@Blade_of_Light I have something to add on to Skri's idea, maybe he started with his weapon in the first place because bandits attacked the town he lived in and he lost people close to him. A wife and kid or kids possibly. So naturally he picked up a weapon and started working with it, so that someday, he could avenge his family. Years later he manages to do so and he is seen as a hero in his town. He picks up some friends/recruits people for his group, and then the plot happens. @AriaNightingale Cool, we have an anti hero! Or possible villain.

But we have a better idea of why for Lusamine, thanks to Awakening's mostly crap character development. Hunter from Spyro = Ranulf. Both are friendly feline warriors with a sense of humor. This excludes Legend of Spyro Hunter, they changed his personality to more of a wise, rarely joking type in Legend of Spyro.
