I was just going to state that your explanation was valid. @Scorri- Personally I don't think that voting someone off something you didn't understand or remember correctly is scummy, if you fix it once you're corrected. So I don't really think that his vote just being untrue is scummy. Also, I never said that you said that there's nothing scummy about using meta. I said that you said that there's nothing scummy about using meta after saying meta is bad in previous games Wow that last sentence was confusing. Why am I scummy?

The part in the bold is a counter to your opinion because your opinion was that her not laying down a vote wasn't scummy, and I corrected it saying the reason that was closest to what you were saying. I don't understand why the italics is any less indicative of my opinion than the bold. If I'm asking you to explain more why defensiveness is a nulltell, it show follow that I don't see it as a nulltell, and as I was voting Scorri at the time, it's clear that I saw it as a scumtell. I suppose I didn't clarify earlier exactly why I agreed with the wagon.

I think that the point that Dondon is trying to make is that even if the mods of the other tier lists are different, how to play efficiently is fairly similar from game to game, and there should be some sort of agreed-upon standard with regards to how good the player is. If every other tier list on the forum assumes a competent enough player for Marcia/Caeda/Marcus/etc to be at the top, why is this tier list different? And you might not be the mod of any of the other lists, but IIRC you have been fairly active in at least the FE9 one (correct me if I'm wrong) and yet you've raised no argument in that list at any point (recently, anyways) to drop Marcia down a tier, which is inconsistent considering dumping all your BEXP into Marcia is at least as unintuitive as dumping a bunch of statboosters into Jill.

If you say you don't find Scorri particularly scummy, that's an indirect comment about the validity of the wagon. It might not be attacking the people on the wagon, but it is saying that you disagree with it. Are you really going to attack me over saying that I didn't like what you said about the Scorri wagon instead of saying that I didn't like what you said about Scorri? And this is only the second time you're asking me this question. Attacking me for forgetting to respond to your question once is pretty bad. Also, my initial Scorri vote was more for reasons of overdefensiveness than for lack of opinions, and that I didn't like her reaction. Nor do I really like her Kirsche vote. She says that there's nothing scummy about using meta after expressing a dislike of it in past games, but that's untrue. Had the basis for Kirsche's vote been true (and if I were unbiased), I would have considered it to be an okay vote. As an analogy, someone suddenly voting someone for a meta reason after saying meta is bad in previous games would be sort of like Scorri voting someone for not making an RVS vote, when she doesn't like RVS much either. Playstyles can change, but not that drastically that quickly, and especially not for people who've played enough games to be somewhat set in their playing style.

Don't really have many reads. I still don't like Scorri, and something about Bard is irking me. I didn't like how quickly he dropped Scorri and even if Poly has played in games before, I dislike how he didn't vote WW earlier on grounds of him being new but was fine with voting Poly, when the latter isn't exactly showing great experience. Not sure about Kirsche. His vote on me is based on incorrect stuff, but doesn't really seem scummy to me. I'd like him to give his own thoughts about Poly though. Bard is sort of right in that Kirsche never really said what he himself thinks of Poly, despite admonishing me for my handwaving. Shin, who's your strongest scumread? Your vote is still on Bear from RVS, unless I'm mistaken. If that vote's become serious, why?

You said earlier that Bearclaw just seems to be the most obvious scum, not why that was so.

Also, Scorri, whether or not there was stuff for you to comment on at the beginning, there definitely was stuff for Bearclaw to comment on when he came in and just said he wouldn't come back for another 24 hours. Saying that there wasn't anything for him to talk about is wrong. Bard- your main reason for voting Scorri was overdefensiveness, unless I'm mistaken, not her not talking about people.

Kirby: I said I had a small townread on Scorri for being active early, since she tries to coast as scum early on a lot of the time off the excuse that she used to die early as town a lot, and therefore doesn't like putting in effort on D1. I use meta all the time. When I got annoyed at meta usage in AM/PM, I was scum trying to save my ass because the meta read was on me. So saying it's a concept you know I disagree with is just flat out incorrect. You can go through my last five town games and probably find meta usage in all of them. I suppose the point about him possibly being dumb scum is a good one, but I still don't feel that he's scum. I don't like Bearclaw's prod-dodging, but I don't get the suspicion about the Shin vote in RVS. He probably shouldn't have done it but it's not like he has experience with people getting lynched accidentally because of mayors on a turbowagon. Nor do I get Shin's point that him saying that SB unvoted before he could doesn't make a difference. In a rush; more in the evening.

It doesn't take more than one game to distinguish between a person who would be willing to do outrageously dumb things on purpose to WIFOM and make the town think "too stupid to be scum" and a person who isn't. I don't like Marth's comments about the Scorri wagon. It's not that she didn't lay down a vote. She didn't have to lay down a vote, but there was non-RVS stuff happening that she could have commented on and she didn't. And why is being defensive a null tell? Yeah, townies can be defensive, but you're not really giving any explanation for this.

Refa- if SB is complaining about you not really having any reads, that's a read in and of itself, and even if you discount it, there is literally an infinite difference between 1 read and 0 reads, if you look at it as a ratio. While Bard and Poly have somewhat different reasons for their WW suspicions, why are you so suspicious of one for their WW suspicions and not at all suspicious of the other?

Not many people just stop being defensive once they've been accused of it, even townies. And what reasoning does Scorri have for it to be flimsy? She's not pushing anyone.

A vote doesn't need to mean that you want that person to get lynched that moment- it's just an indication of where your thoughts are and how you prioritize things. Like if Bard had stuck just with saying that he found both Scorri and WW scummy and not voted either, I wouldn't have gotten the insight that he finds Scorri worse than WW for what seem to me to be somewhat arbitrary reasons considering his own logic. And you're not voting anyone. Where are your thoughts?
