Sorry, what's Tsundere?

Not being from America, I'm not very well versed in how American law works. So can someone clarify for me to what extent states are allowed to have their own laws separate from that of the country? As in, does provincial law supersede federal law in that state, or not?

So, instead of quoting Integ's post from this thread I'm going to quote something Integ said in some draft. Sety is pretty awesome. Like people have said, he kills basically everything whether or not he has a holy weapon (although he does it even harder when he does). He has B Staves no matter what, or * Staves if you want him to make him a lategame Lana with much better combat. He can even take a physical father like Noish if you want to make Fee better. His class also has great caps. Sadly, he doesn't have a mount and comes kinda late, so 9/10. But ofc bias, so 10/10 Sety is going to beat Arthur at this rate. The power of bias!

We need more NPCs/enemies in this tier list. I vote Schaeffer for Top, followed closely by the BK.

Well, uh... he has Hero Bow and Killer Bow access on top of that Silver Bow, and Dimna is only taking one of them. Plus we're entering wyvern country, so that's good for Asaello. I guess killing Wyverns is harder on a subs-run than on a regular run, so it's worth more, so a 4/10 from me. -1 bias because his face reminds me of this guy I really hate, so 3/10.

Doesn't matter people would RNG abuse. Well, seeing as Pokemon is doing an SRPG, we should return the favour by doing Fire Emblem-themed pokemon. The characters from all the games have been changed into pokemon, and multiplied into the hundreds so that they are generic! You catch them, train them, and fight others who train them too. Promotions = evolutions. The main characters are Legendaries! The Gym Leaders and E4 are the nefarious villains behind the magic that changed your characters to little monsters. Most non-legendary pokemon aren't really that difficult to catch. And yes, Sleep is the most effective, but if a pokemon is in red and has any status conditions on it all, one or two Ultra/Dusk Balls are normally enough. And most pokemon have some sort of status inflicting move. As for legendary pokemon... it's a crapshoot no matter what.

Reading through this thread definitely helped me a lot with strategies and scumhunting... I wasn't involved in the game and could look at what people were doing from a 3rd party perspective. Hopefully I won't get myself modkilled next game...

His SPD itself isn't bad, but his AS kind of suffers from his terrible STR. He doesn't stop getting weighed down by Elwind until after promotion, he might never be able to use Tornado without an AS loss, and he definitely will never be able to use Blizzard without an AS loss. Of course, this is easily fixed with a forge. He's still never "horribly slow" though. Slowish, yeah, but better than like Gatrie.

He costs turns to recruit and additional turns in Gen 1 if he is to have Ichival, but I'm not going to hold that against him, seeing as we didn't hold Levin x Tiltyu against Arthur... (And yes, I'm aware Levin!Arthur is >>>> Faval, but I still don't like the double standard) He's a bow-locked footie, but he pretty much ORKOs everything, and IIRC there are a few squads of Bow-units that come from behind that he can be useful against, so I think a 5.5/10 is okay. Plus he can pull off some pretty high Mt with Ichival for bosses when he gets there.
