I'm sorry, but when was it hard to get Lena to level 20? It's entirely possible to have her level 20 for the first seal. On normal mode no less. Though there she might have to be your only healer. I'm almost certain she'll be in the upper teens. Probably higher on a HM.

And now you are learning the true meaning of Grey -> Merc and Robin -> Archer. Robin's suck helps with pot shots and 1-5 range chipping. Grey's awesomeness, especially once Alm gets the Regal Sword and Grey gets the Thunder sword in chapter 3, can only go up. :/
