In hindsight, Veronica could've just gone under BCelica and be safe lol. I did something different that was slower in my test runs, and came up with the faster Guidance move on the spot, but somehow didn't think to move Vero to safety because I already knew for a fact she would survive. Sorry, Veronica... Two red one green is gonna be a tough time. Maybe if Fallen Celica's refine is really good, but that'd mean BCelica would have to take a backseat since she'd have to either rely on Renewal to recover or run a healing Special and have no Galeforce. Effective damage is indeed easier. Caeda is Caeda anyway, so it's the same. Thrasir blasting straight through dragons with her tome definitely makes it easier for her than Celica. Wow, Close Call Eirika... That's really nice. Alexmender should be happy. I'm still sitting on my spare Mareeta... Very nice Celica too. Marth did a very good job of cleaning up dragons too. Roy kinda took a backseat lol, as he does in FE6. Fire Emblem pairs perfectly with Celica, and it's really nice to have it for a map that forces you to spread out like this one.

Then once only Edelgard was left, she refused to back down even as she kept getting pelted by magic. Everyone is in character here. @Some Jerk RIP Silvia. This team did pretty well though, bouncing around killing things. I still haven't pulled a LMarth, but he looks like a really good asset to have. Also RIP you didn't turn off boss music so Edelgard didn't die to Apex of the World Midori is ridiculous, wtf. She really just did 73x2 to that Thief. And then 68x2 to Edelgard. All that at +1 too. That shit ain't fair lol. @Sasori Sharena is always a welcome sight. It's impressive to see you drag this bunch through the fight, even with 4* Wrys, too. @Diovani Bressan Nice +10 YMarth. He's really strong, and his Rapier made quick work of Edelgard's armor. But then getting backed into the top by all those dragons was scary. Ruse is really handy, though. @Maaka Bartre ate straight through that really tank blue Manakete, very impressive. Florina is also a rare sight, so good on that! @DLNarshen Seliph goes against a Flame Emperor, huh? I guess this is what he's up to while Julius and Ishtar are off doing other things. Julia was doubling so consistently, one wonders if she didn't steal LMarth's Binding Shield. Seliph being stuck at 1 HP for so long was scary, and Narcian joined that group too. Nanna's Gravity was the MVP here for sure, though, then her healing let Seliph deal with Edelgard properly. Nanna is a good girl. Narcian refine soon, though. Hope it's something decent. @Landmaster Carrots beat axes, huh. That weapon was made to kill Edelgard. Miracle on Elise was clutch, and Nowi buys a lot of time as usual. 3H spoiler: @Zeo @mcsilas Here's mine. Kagerou couldn't do jack shit on this map because everyone was so thicc, but I really wanted to use Brave Celica and not Cordy or Hilda. Ended up resorting to LCelica. The song is Honoo no Tobira (Door of Flames). Keeping with the theme.

@mcsilas I was surprised to see Kaden thrust into a combat-heavy role, since I was expecting his support abilities to be the key here, but he did a good job holding out on his own. Kagerou rise up! Damn, RIP Ryoma, he couldn't do anything. Your Silas is really strong. Well, Shiro wasn't wrong about lances beating swords. He beat his dad up with a lance. Excited for Siegbert's refine? Mother knows best. It's rare to see some Mikoto love.

He did. Betrayal. The best part is that if Sakura didn't move down to where she did, the axe guy could've killed Kronya, but she body-blocked. Who's the real Betrayal? Palla is pretty strong, but Caeda is just ridiculous... I'm not really pulling that much though, spent some on Mareeta (got her, +Spd -Def) and saving for Pent instead. She does love trolling. Good ol' Broadleaf Vantage. Works every time. Most of the time. Sakura went to take a bath while Elise did all the work. I wonder when Elise #4 will happen. If Flayn gets in, would you consider her an honorary Elise?

Links go from a nice bonus to a necessity in Maddening. I liked it for helping add stability to strats, but perhaps I shouldn't have been stuck with ~50% hit rates on most everyone to begin with from a perspective of difficulty balance. It adds additional value to archers, who have struggled to be relevant in many games, but it has the side effect of adding to the centralization of certain mages over others. Those whose spell lists have 1~3 range spells or siege spells are better, and Links are another reason to why. Overall, though, I much prefer Attack Stance from Fates. Guard Stance was still too broken despite attempts to nerf Pair Up from Awakening, but I feel that Attack Stance was almost perfect in its role, and required more thought in its use as you had to opportunity to quickly burst down a threat, but usually required you to be more careful about attacking order and position. With Links, it's usually just a matter of micromanaging inventories to have the right weapon/spell equipped to enable the Link, something especially easy with infinite trading.

I really didn't expect her to just take 0 from everything, and then only 5 from Ryoma... part of that 5 damage is from his Lull, too. @Maaka Bartre eating Ryoma's Astra and then just killing him was quite something... She panics them with her 60% Str growth. Speaking of 60% Str growth, your Azura was smacking people left and right. Very nice. The Hoshidan clear was cool too. Close call with Miracle on Bath Sakura, and then a series of teleports to finish the job. I wish I pulled Bath Sakura. The kids took quite a beating early on, so that clear was intense from the start. I like how Shiro and Siegbert had to work together to kill Iago. I wonder if she will ever get a Prf.

In truth I don't use as much of a variety as I'd like, but I guess that could change. Nice double Bartre. It never fails to impress me when Bartre doubles everything reliably, because I always remember him having low base Spd. He really smashed Iago up. @NSSKG151 Clarisse and Lute are definitely both underused. But I guess it's very understandable for Clarisse lol. Nice theme clear btw. Admittedly I was expecting Felicia instead of Elise, but it makes sense since she joins Corrin's side on all routes too, just unplayable in BR. @DLNarshen Yeah, it's not easy to edit the music for sure. Especially since for most of the Fates battle themes, there's no natural transition point in the music until at least 20 seconds in iirc. Hard to make it sound right. I didn't really expect Lute to perform that well, honestly. I forgot to switch Clarisse back to her bow to spread more debuffs, but I guess showing off the Short Bow I gave her is nice.

It does Panic the Blue Mage Knight at the start, who's the recipient of Atk Opening, so Lute didn't take as much damage, I guess. Also, I accidentally turned all my Iagos into manuals. Didn't even get the flowers first. Whoops.

Makes sense. Especially since the main advantage of the Prf is Spd... which she kinda doesn't need in Abyssals. I'm hoping for Resplendent Eirika as well. Was hoping she'd be the second one in April, actually, but Eliwood is fine.

@NSSKG151 Bridelia is outdated, but she still holds up decently well. Her offenses are still good, just not insane. @mcsilas Wow, nice Wolt. Morgan missing the OHKO on the Red Mage by 1 HP was an oof lol. But Idunn is Idunn, of course, and she made it all work. The FE7 clear was pretty cool! The constant Panic disabling Eliwood's buff must've been quite annoying to deal with, but I see it all worked out. I still don't have LLyn. @Hilda Yeah, that would make her quite destructive. She can keep up with Leila in Spd.

I've been asking for a banner in Heroes for them...
