I recently created a file in which I based the Avatar on Nah from Awakening. In this, the backstory is that she came to this world with Odin, Laslow and Selena, and became one of Elise's retainers and is constantly trying to get her to behave in a more adult way. Elise's childish antics often remind Nah of Nowi. Name: Jessie (The J is pronounced like a Y. That means that half of her name is pronounced "Yes" and the other half is pronounced like "Si", which is spanish for "Yes". I took the idea from exaltedgrimleal on tumblr) Boon / Bane = +Defense/-HP (My reason for her having low HP is because Dragonstones are now a Magic Weapon and I didn't want her damage output to be too low or for her to have low speed. It should also be noted that your Talent Class will be passed down to Kana, and will also be the class that he passes through Partner/Friendship sealing, so you should also take them into account. Shiro, Siegbert and Percy are the ones that can A+ M!Kana. I'd still recommend Samurai, though.

How about a weapon for Azura as well? I'm not good at thinking up stats, but I think a Lance/Naginata named after Varunastra would be pretty cool. This is what Wikipedia has to say about Varunastra: "The Varunastra (Sanskrit वरुणास्त्र) is the water weapon (a storm) according to the Indian scriptures, incepted by Varuna. I only have Birthright, so I can't talk about Flora, but when it comes to Felicia and Jakob, Jakob definetly wins. Felicia has no STR, so she can only debuff and heal. She also has low defense, so if you try to give her a Flame Shuriken to increase her damage, the result is usually something like this: Low Defense + Flame Shuriken's Avoid Penalty + Unable to activate skills like Sol to keep her alive = Dead Maid. Felicia's Plate might fix this since the avoid penalty is lower and it can activate skills, but I don't think I can find one in Birthright without Battle Points from Visiting Castles. She might be useful as a support unit, but it's not my playstyle.

I prefer Robin. If we're going to have a self-insert, I'd rather them not be idiots. We still don't have Emma, Shade, and Yuzu from Cipher. I think/hope they'll be in the game as DLC. If not... I'll probably be really disappointed.

[spoiler=Spoilered to save up space] Mozu is kinda said to have greater physical strenght than Corrin in her support with them. Her only problems is that she doesn't have a talent for tactics and doesn't know many techniques at first, but her support with Ryoma shows that she's an incredibly fast learner, so the latter doesn't matter that much. I'd bump her up to C-rank. She fits the criteria of "those who are described as having latent potential that still must train further" [spoiler=Hidden Truths Spoilers] I'd bump Lilith with Mad!Anankos power up to A-rank at least, since she completely no-sells the Awakening Trio's attacks before they get Anankos' boost Orochi is strong enough to be the personal retainer for the Queen of Hoshido. I think she deserves to be bumped up to B-rank. Hayato is also said to be on even ground with her, and is one of the highest ranking members of the Wind-Tribe, so I think he should be there too. Rinka and Kagero are said to be among the strongest women in the army in their supports, so maybe they should be bumped up as well, even if they don't do much in the main story other than getting captured by Nohrians (Rinka, pre-chapter 2) and Mokushu (Kagero). I think Corrin with the regular Yato should be in B-rank, since they got their ass kicked by Hinata in their supports and they are weaker than Mozu. Benny and Effie might need to be in higher rank as well. While they don't show tactical prowess, Effie is shown to be able to break Diamonds. With her teeth. And Benny is shown to be able to keep up with her (Well, so is Hayato, as seen in the Hoshido Scramble DLC conversations, but that's only after a lot of time and intense training, while Benny can do it from the beginning.). Not to mention all those rumors about Benny, like the one that he stopped 10000 soldiers by himself, which while obvously an exaggeration based on his appearance, there could be some truth to them. Nyx might also be stronger, considering how she was a very talented sorcerer when she was a kid. Now that she's much older, her skills might have grown... or they could have rusted through lack of use, since she might not have wanted anything to do with it after being cursed. That's just my opinion, though.

"This is your last dance!" I kinda prefer his Awakening quotes. Did he always sound like a british Akihiko? I think he didn't have that accent in Awakening. Regardless, the delivery in these quotes was really well done. From his new quotes, my favorite is "Shall we dance?", but "Stop staring at me!" comes close for being his mother's crit quote as well. How about the order they are in in the Logbook/Records Hall in the Revelations' path?

I think it's even worse with Spear Master. Their Sashimono/Battle Flag has the symbol of Hoshido in it. No changes for the Nohrian characters. It's specially bad when you take into account that you can use it in Conquest thanks to the accessory shop, so you can annihilate the Hoshidan army while proudly wearing their symbol.

About the DLC itself, I personally disagree. The Heirs of Fate DLC is one of the few things that I actually enjoyed about the story in the game, and gameplay-wise I enjoy sometimes being given scenarios that I can just try to figure out what I can do with the few selected pieces that were given to me instead of trying to grind and accidentally get my team overleveled like in Birthright. It also gives me some sort of challenge without me having to worry about accidentally screwing myself in the long-run by giving too much or too little exp for a unit like in Conquest. I understand that it's not everyone's cup of tea, though. I hope you don't reget not buying this pack.

Character-wise: Takumi, Hinata and Oboro. Unit-wise: I can't say much for Conquest-exclusive characters and Fuga since I don't have their routes, but in Birthright, Ryoma all the way. Takumi and Rinka come close, but I think I might have gotten lucky with the RNG on the latter.

"Say Goodnight!" The one I like the most is "Time to play!". The other crit quotes don't seem to match her facial expression when she actually activates the crit. I also think that while the other crit quotes do fit her personalit and the delivery is amazing, it feels like a constant reminder of how much I dislike her character.

Future's Hope/Everlasting Hope (haven't decided on a name yet) - When HP is lower than 50%, Damage Taken +10 and Damage Reveived -5. Personal Skill for Lucina (Both Amiibo and Cipher variants) Draconic Rage - When adjacent to or paired up with an Allied Unit who has less than 35% HP, can attack at Range 1-2 and follow up attack with a Dragonstone or Dragonstone+. (I thought up this one for a Twins!Kana AU. The Kana who gets this is the one with the same gender as your avatar.)

I have a question: are we allowed to ask for help with Birthright and Conquest Pairings here? Since the purpose of this thread is to prevent several similar threads from showing up and not everyone has Revelation, I think it might be a good idea, but since the title specifically says Revelation, I'm not sure if I should. So I decided that I'm going to do it anyways, but put everything in a Spoiler Tag so I don't end up taking too much space if I'm not allowed to and you can just ignore it. [spoiler=Birthright] My idea is to do a playthrough like some sort of 'Canon" playthrough, I know that because of the existance of the Outrealms, nothing, or rather, everything is canon, but this playthrough in particular is supposed to be a prequel to F!Kana's timeline in Heirs of Fate/Recollection of Bubbles/Memories of Foam/Ephemeral Memories/DLC Pack 2/Whatever you call it. No Nohrian Scum will be allowed. That means no Jakob, Dwyer, Silas or Sophie. I might make an exception for Felicia since she is usually associated with Hoshido in the Cipher game, but she'll be reduced to a Corrinsexual role if I do. Scarlet is also allowed since she is part of the Resistance and always joins Hoshido. Shigure won't be used either, since he is part of the failed Revelation Timeline, not Birthright. All characters will have their end classes be the ones they use in the Cipher card game. [spoiler=Each class I intend to use. My source is the World of Cipher website] Corrin and Kana - Hoshido Noble. Ryoma, Hinata, Hana, Hisame (?), Shiro (?) - Swordmaster. Choosing Sky Knight would represent his choice to let go of his past and side with Hoshido, while choosing Wyvern Rider would represent that despite siding with Hoshido, he is still a Nohrian on the inside. No seals other than Offspring, Master or Heart Seals will be used. They won't use Marriage, Friendship or DLC seals. No skill-buying. The only skills they'll have are the ones they can get in their default classes. The pairings need to make sense story-wise. That means that Hinata and Saizo can't marry Hinoka, Sakura or Rinka, as that would make their children royals, so them being retainers for Kiragi and Shiro wouldn't make much sense. Corrin can't marry his sisters either. Felicia can only marry Corrin, but she can end up being unpaired as well. I originally intended to do it, but... Well, Kana didn't seem to recognize Shigure or Azura, while Midori has an item known as Azura's Salve in the DLC Heirs of Fate III: The Changing Tide in her inventory. All Hoshidan Children will be recruited but only at the Endgame. The priority is quality in supports and what makes sense in the story, but I also really don't want the children to end up being crippled growth-wise. Also, which hair color should I have for Corrin? The official artwork shows him with Hair Color 1, but the trailer and game defaults to Color 4. Or should I just say screw it and give Corrin either Mikoto's or Anankos' hair color? I intend to start this playthrough on June 25th: The one year anniversary of this game's japanese release. I'd really appreciate if you could help me with my pairings.

This. I agree with you. While I don't like Tharja that much, I don't think her Present (Or is it Past?) self was a child abuser. Specially because of these quotes from Noire: (In response to her father asking her to train): "A fight? If you hit me, Mother’s curse will activate and you’ll get the same injury..." (In response to Noire!Morgan asking her to train): "Okay. But if you hit me, my mother's curse will activate and you'll get the same injury." They are pretty much the same quote with a few alterations, but it shows that Tharja really does care for her daughter.
