I stopped watching Naruto soon after the fillers started... Once Shippuuden/Hurricane Chronicles start airing I'll probably start watching again. That said, it is a good anime, despite the phrase "Believe it!" *Shudders*

MR was pretty cool, despite him dropping a sex joke every five seconds. He shall be...somewhat missed. But I'm speaking nonsense, welcome to the forest Arc. I somehow feel as if we've been freed from a sort of Dark Age...

FMA was one of the best animes I've ever seen, but hey, that's just me. Since everyone else seems to be screaming Death Note, might I suggest D. Gray-Man? It's got a good amount of Action and is very funny. The only downside is it has 81 episodes and is still going, so that might put you off watching it... Regardless, it's something worth checking out, watch a couple episodes and see if you like. Definetly watch up to Episode 8...

I don't have a problem with subbed anime, I'm willing to watch it if I must, but I feel reading the subtitles sort of detracts from the experience...

Send her one of these. Not only will your mother love it, it'll make for a fun conversation at the dinner table. As for me, I'm getting her a copy of EarthBound.

You need to play it, now. Goldeneye is probably one of the only Movie > Video Game adaptations that is actually good.
