  1. I definitely had to overthink my fight with Vince when he ran a full flier deck, but against the average deck right now it'll be fine. Especially since literally EVERYTHING I have can hit 90, which is rare. I wanna say 90 is enough in the current gamestate, as long as you can hit it with enough different units. And to be fair, 16 fliers has always been the standard. I'm not technically playing less than other decks. The issue is that I only play 2 different fliers, and the fliers themselves might have trouble hitting hard. (Cordelia at 60 can only hit 90 if she supports the 8 Camillas)
  2. My initial take on the New Lucina deck. The core value of Lucina is to defend your CC units with +10 defence, so you're looking for a few things when filling out the deck. 1: Units worth class changing. 2: Units that gain the most from +10 defence (3: Preferably units that don't NEED a CCS to be useful) So I end up filling out 8 of every one of this type of units, and the deck works pretty well. Lucina4 draw effect gets you to your combo pieces more consistently. If you ever get to activate Elise4 even once, you won the game. (She can grab any 2 of the same unit for a CCS) I only play 1 Nowi for space, but also because I play enough healing to get it if I REALLY want one.
  3. Aub's post already states that Tsubasa5 is the card that gains the attack. Also, the second skill on her is named after the Tokyo Mirage Sessions song.
  4. Aubergine, I just read something in Lonqu's text. In particular, the bit where this card text includes himself in the "2 sword units". Is that correct? Edit: Same thing on Minerva5, but she gets even more ridiculous if you forget "other" "Double-edged Fury" / & / [Once per turn] After this unit has attacked, if there are at least 2 ally Sword Affinity units deployed on the Front Lines then untap this unit and until the end of the turn its attack power is decreased by 20.
  5. Yeah just that whichever character you want to play as your Lord, you'll need at least 4 of a promotion for them, which in the booster box are usually going to be SR depending on character 1 ST always comes with 4 of a good Lord, so that helps.
  6. Especially for set 3, they showed pretty much all the green SRs.
  7. Pretty sure the ST is a better deck than you'd get with a ton of boxes, for two reasons: Main characters require 4 usually high rarity cards (Everything else you can just scrape together) The best Main Characters are ST-exclusive
  8. You're going way, way too fast to count a Mirage Master MC out. All Mirage Tharja needs is: CONT / While your opponent has 4 or less cards in hand, Kiria gains 10 attack And suddenly it's an OP lord. You're underestimating a Tharja that can discard something other than herself. By the way, Tharja4 is a bad card.
  9. Fates is out, so the chances of Cipher coming to the west randomly are very, very low.
  10. Card's probably really good. I predict Tharja Mirage gives her +10 depending on the enemy hand, making her a viable lord. I can see the "Kiria engine" working, with 4 of this and 4 Tharja1 4 Kiria1. (As a sort of alternate Henry for decks that don't really need Bonds)
  11. I dislike Purple. Pretty sure FE4 will be yellow or there would be no valid reason to not give it to FE6/7. Also, I expect purple gimmick is going to be something like... AUTO / When you activate a Support effect....-
  12. Ah, thanks for the information. I think it's very hard to grasp the game for both me and most other people here because we're all mostly living in micro-metagames.
  13. Blue/White Severa won a lot early in set 2
  14. Yup, it's the limiting factor of the game and it sorta works so far. (Healing is good)
  15. Severa 1/4/4 will be a really good deck, but I think the second effect might be no more than a small perk. All you need is Severa4 to take off 2 orbs and protect any random unit from dying. What the card is INTENDED to do is be able to play 10-supports because both Severa and her male ally can handle it.
  16. Shigure and Emma are better than Black'll ever have.
  17. Card's basically a Marth5, and that's not really a bad thing. Now we just need to wait and see if Itsukideck is a thing. (Waiting for possible Itsuki3) Edit: He's number 51. This shakes things up.
  18. White has some pretty good fliers, so that's something to look at.
  19. It's also the first I've seen of Sothe and Sanaki. I think this one might be level 1, as the art is from FE9.
  20. Is there a set ruling on when "Start of turn" effects activate? If it has the same timing as drawing and untapping, it means you can decide the order however.
  21. Cipher is giving a lot of people a lot of work.
  22. Max out Ryoma in any black/white deck, IMO. Also Sakura is probably weak, but taking them out leaves you the trade-off of losing games as soon as you don't draw into Velouria3 early enough. (Turn 2)
  23. Card is bad and I don't like the art. I swear he could've been 4 but he's only 5 for flavor.
  24. What number is Itsuki? I'm mostly doubting that Genei is split in half.
  25. They'll simply fill out the remaining cast members, fill out current color and character themes a bit more and give us 6 more Corrins. Also maybe some enemy units, maybe the emperor.
