  1. In case you missed it in the last page, the true file size for If Digital version with all three paths and DLC is 15,812 blocks, not 24,666. When you download the other paths as DLC, you are not redownloading the whole game, you are just getting their specific files. In the video that I linked to, Fire Emblem Kakusei seems to be 9,784 blocks, far bigger than US Awakening.
  2. Huh, are the English files patched directly into the game so you can load it anytime, or do you have to go through Homebrew to load it? If the former, that would make sense for the file size discrepancy.
  3. Is that actually what it comes out for you when you look into the blocks in Data Management? Did you fully download the game in all three paths? Reason I'm asking is my friend just uploaded a video where he downloaded all three paths digitally, and it came out to be 12,239 blocks for the game, 4 Blocks for the Extra Data, and 3,569 blocks for the DLC content. That comes out to 15,812 blocks, which is roughly 1.92 GB:
  4. This is for those who have a Japanese 3DS and the game. Can you reveal the amount of blocks the game and DLC takes, if you have all three paths downloaded through Digital? Curious as to the amount of blocks the game takes as a whole, and if it goes over 2 GB or not.
  5. It's not even close...you can still pre-order the regular edition of the game with no issue.
  6. Glad that I was able to pre-order it the day after the direct. Hopefully the majority of these cancellations are scalpers.
  7. Yeah, seems to be a minor glitch on their end when pre-orders somehow opened back up last week as mentioned in the email on page 3. I made my pre-order the day after the direct, and I was told that mine is still active, so I don't have anything to worry about. As long as you were supposed to put a minimum deposit of $25, your pre-order should be fine. If you pre-ordered it last week with a minimum deposit of $5 (which shouldn't be the case for limited editions of games IIRC), then your pre-order will likely be cancelled.
  8. Grind with DLC, then use Rally Bots, Rescue Bots, and forged Brave Weapons. With those four advantages, you'll be able to beat Apotheosis Secret Path with (nearly) any team.
  9. Yeah, that code works. Don't have the European version, but it shouldn't be hard for someone to convert it. Here's the Japanese version in case anyone needs it: Infinite Weapons/Items in Battle Player and Enemy (JP version): 23F03514 00000000 Also, don't know if anyone confirmed, but hacked classes do appear in StreetPass (no good on hex editing myself, so I relied on Olmectron's FireEditor to make class changes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1WCBZiocxE So it seems the only things that can't go through StreetPass are enemy-only skills.
  10. Ridiculously late, but yeah, it does work! Seeing that Homebrew is easily accessible now for the 3DS and everyone can dump their save, even on the latest firmware, think it'll be possible to create a save editor with a GUI interface? Would probably take a long time to make due to the amount of info Fire Emblem holds though... I recall m0rt working on one, but it seems that the user hasn't made an official download for it yet.
  11. Just wondering, can anyone convert the Inventory Modifier codes so they could work on the Japanese version of the game if it hasn't been done already? Would be much appreciated!
  12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cOM8Hfnuu8o&feature=youtu.be This has been known since the game has been RAM hacked, but I haven't seen any concrete videos of it. Would be nice if an actual new DLC class gets unlocked when Unseen History becomes available, but who knows (the fanmade English translation's description for this class is "This class is obtained at the Dragon's Gate."). Interestingly enough, the male and female versions have different animations for this class. If this is just the class of those Shadow enemies, ah well, no need to hype it anymore.
  13. ARCodes will not work with firmware 9.9. You will need a Japanese old 3DS (not aware of any region free versions of the game, and you can't use ARCodes with Ninjhax 2.0's Region Free app) with firmware 4.X-9.2. From there, you can install rxTools (which will make an emuNand copy of your sysNand firmware), unlink the sysNand and emuNand, then safely update the emuNand to 9.9. From there, you'll have to install the older version of the Internet Browser that allowed ARCodes to work, and you should be good to go. Just as a note, as far as I know, you will not be able to access the eShop since the sysNand is never updated. Edit: My mistake, you can still access the eShop on emuNand. I just needed to do a quick update.
  14. Not sure. I heard that it fixed some animations and fixed some issues with adding the amiibos. It is required to go online though. ymyn has updated all of his codes for version 1.1. Here's a full list of them:
  15. Think ymyn managed to do an All Skills code already, but it seems to apply to every unit you have.: Unfortunatley, the new 1.1 patch pretty much stops all the old codes from working (unless you delete the patch). Guess you're trying to rework that code for 1.1, or just make one that will only work on one unit?
  16. Seeing that the newest DLC allows you to obtain Lodestar and Great Lord seals, it's safe to assume that Grandmaster and Vanguard will be too. After all, these were hacked in. As for Corrin having skill from the Witch class and Azura having skills from the Grandmaster class? RAM hacking again! Heck, there's a code that allows every unit to have all 159 skills (if I counted right) in the game! No one knows yet. It can only be obtained through RAM hacking (for now). Roy better have some awesome DLC unit and skills! Don't see anything in the hacked skillset (159 skills so far) that could relate to him, so it's likely that there will be actual skills that needs to be obtained through DLC.
  17. Yep, from my understanding, it is the latter! You once you promote to a DLC class using a DLC seal, you will not need to use a DLC seal to go back to that class again! This is why I tested out Male Kamui turning into a Witch and Aqua turning into a Grandmaster. I was able to get the Skills for those particular classes, but once I changed back to their normal classes, I couldn't use the Parallel Seal to go back to Witch and Grandmaster respectively, as opposed to it working with the correct gender-locked DLC classes. As for those questioning about the Grandmaster being gender-locked, that does seem to be the case. Whenever I used the ARCode to reclass into any class, nearly every class (Dark Blood, White Blood, Elite Ninja, etc.) that weren't gender-locked or enemy-locked had two variations. Males were first, then females were second. Same thing carried over to Dread Fighter and Dark Flier. Unfortunately, Ballistician, Witch, Lodestar, Vanguard, Grandmaster, and Great Lord only had one selection of each. When I made my male Avatar into those six classes, then reclassed to another class, Witch and Great Lord were missing from the Parallel Seal selection. When I did the same for Aqua, only Witch and Great Lord remained. Of course, once the Grandmaster DLC comes out, it's possible for them to have a DLC female version of it, but for now, it seems to be gender-locked.
  18. Another anti-hacking measure I've noticed is I wasn't able to go into wi-fi battles with Dragonskin. The moment I connected with five different people, they all immediately disconnected at a very fast speed. When I removed Dragonskin from my units (but kept the other DLC skills), there was no issue. Edit: Seems this issue carries over to all boss-only skills.
  19. Only the beasts (Managarms and Nine-tailed Foxes) can have an S rank Beaststone. Highest rank for Dragonstones is A through Dark/White Blood. Another interesting note is once you reach Level 99, you can still use Eternal Seals. The number is still stuck at 99, but you can still "gain" levels. Likely so you won't be stuck if you want to get more skills when later DLC comes out.
  20. Spoilers I know that many people have been RAM hacking Fates already, but I haven't seen any direct-capture footage of the classes yet. Hope this video will be enough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6GlpBR2qeg
  21. Just wondering, does the 1.2 patch allow the pach to work with the downloadable paths such as the third one?
  22. This may have been mentioned already, but has anyone figured out what the maximum amount of a single item is? I know the game always shows x99, but you can definitely go over that limit. I have a feeling that it is 9999 (I currently have 3978 Arms Scrolls in my Convoy thanks to ymyn's Unit items = 255 code), and I doubt that it could be higher.
