I'm sorry that wanting a semi-accurate rating of units IN THEIR OWN GAME is a bad thing.

But making that comparison as your only reasoning is ridiculous. There needs to be some form of explanation as to why you think that.

I almost always do LevinFury, so I usually look at alternate fathers for Arthur.

I feel like it's only okay to compare when you mention how, for example, Titania does what Seth or Sigurd does in their respective games, but in her game. But using that for the sole base of ranking should not be allowed. Hence why I added more to my ranking.

He has instant access to Holsety, and promotes to use a horse. That alone makes him one of the best units in FE4. From Tiltyu he receives Minor Tordo and Wrath. In itself, that isn't very good. His father really determines his worth. Odds are, he'll have Levin, Azel, or Lex as a father, as they seem to be the most viable choices. Levin gives him Holsety, Continue, and Critical, and he can easily take the Pursuit Ring in that case. Azel gives him Minor Fala and Pursuit. Lex gives him Minor Neir (always a welcome defense boost) and Elite (lolambush). Once Arthur promotes he begins to fully wreck the game, especially if he's wielding Holsety. Even without it, Arthur can take most spells and wreck stuff, and even a decent Magic Sword works wonders. With Lex as a father he can use a few decent non-magic swords, but so can, like, everyone else. And he can't use A rankers unless Holyn's his father. Which is pretty useless unless you really like awesome HP growths, or something. Since FE4!Mageknights are one of my favorite classes I'm giving a +.5 bonus to Arthur. 9/10

That's mostly luck-based, though. I don't know the numbers, but I'm pretty sure the Hell Bishop has a pretty low hitrate on Julius.

She trivializes FE9HM, much like Seth trivializes FE8, or Sigurd/Celice/Leaf/Levin!Arthur trivializes FE4. The thing is, she isn't the only unit that can do this. Jill, Marcia, Promoted Oscar, Promoted Boyd, and Kieran can also do this. But she just does it earlier than the rest. And I <3 her so any negatives are getting overruled, because, no lie, the negatives on Titania equal less than 1. So +1 bias. 10/10

That's a really tiny middle ship.

Gary Stu 0/10 Ike starts decent. He has swordlock throughout the game, which helps in the first few chapters when he's in axeland. Afterward, though, he's in lanceland. And he needs all the help he can get in lanceland. Statistically he rocks, but he needs constant babying. He needs to be babied for the first nine chapters after he promotes to be able to beat the Black Knight in 27, which, we're assuming will happen in optimal situations minus Ena, right? He rocks with either Aether or a Resolve/Wrath combo, as well. And he can claim those fairly easily over other units. Also, -1 BIAS BECAUSE I HATE HIM UTTERLY 6/10 after bias.

I'm tempted to question this, but because I'm assuming this isn't bias, I'll allow it.

I'd love it if I were as sexy as Lord Olivier. Because then I'd be an Oscar winner. And get to look at it like Yorick's skull. Bad. Ass. Even better, I'd be married to Vivien Leigh, and meet Marilyn Monroe.
