While on it's own, her movement detriment doesn't seem bad to you, keep in mind that everyone else has more movement than her AND take less penalties. She can't General. She can't speedy armor. She can't fight. You can use her to your own will, we're not saying you can't. Sophia is my favorite character, and I'll openly admit she's bad. You'd do well to do the same with Meg.
