I would have pretty much liked that, since I do enjoy the second gen in both awakening and fates (just not the way the mechanic was pulled off in fates).

tbh i think they could have pulled off at least Nina via adoption (missing out Kanna would suck, but there's the dragon kid argument some other people have brought up before) but then again, the whole way kids exist into this game is already pretty awkward and contrived so just doing off without them would probably be for the better.

Keaton is a type of fabric, right? (someone mentioned it in another thread about flannel's localized name). What I still don't really get is how you can pronounce Kaden so it sounds similar to cotton. It may be that I'm not a native english speaker, so it confuses me a little

I also first thought of the spanish word "arete" before the greek one. The meaning of the name itself is pretty neat and I believe it fits her. Felicia's battle lines are growing on me for the most part, but i can't get used to her "waaaaah?" yet (I laughed a bit when the player said "oh, you finish each other's lines now? that's cute" to Xander/Ryouma at the beginning of the stream)

Seliph's artwork is the one that stuck with me the most, it's pleasant to look at, and it stands out nicely (it also made me pretty interested to find out more about him). However, I do agree in Ephraim being one of (if not) the best as the color palette, lines and overall the style and pose mesh really well and he looks badass and regal.

Most probably the gift event, as it is pretty harmless. Maybe even the waking up events, albeit modified since rubbing has been dropped all together

Really beautiful. I had never heard anything by Rena Strober before this but I must say, I really loved her voice in this song.

I think the one that does bug me is Subaki because it just feels....wrong? that t is important I'm also bummed about Arthur and Nina because while I don't dislike those names, the references were great and now they are lost (about anagrams, maybe Gurei's localized name will be Usagi, heh)

So there's nothing else to do but wait. It's probably for the best, after all that has happened.

Yeah, the open mouths for some of the characters (Hayato is another one) kind of bugs me too, it looks weird. Specially when it doesn't really match the line (or laugh, or grunt) they are saying while doing it. Maybe that will change with the dub.

-The shops, cafeteria, field/mines, battles and other features from "My Castle" -The infinite durability and buff/debuff capabilities of certain weapons like kunai -The new classes like the Butler/Maid combo and Malig Knight, as well that almost every class in the game is genderless which makes things more interesting. -The introduction of same-sex marriage, albeit it being so limited now, because it opens up the posibilities of it expanding and improving in the future -Being able to put on accesories on units, just for the sheer playful silliness of it -That enemies can also use Pair Up. -Breakable walls are back!! (I remember doing it in Sacred Stones, or being tense when the enemies started chipping them and I had made a mistake when placing my units)

I personally switched back and forth between audio when playing Awakening, since both were great. If dual audio is actually removed I'll miss some of the VA's I was looking foward to, like Kaji Yuki and Miyuki Sawashiro, but oh well...

Probably Hard/Casual for Birthright, just the same as my first Awakening file. If I get to play Conquest first, then Normal/Casual, to help myself to get a hold of things.

I think my favorite voice was Garon's, that cutscene sounded really really good! But then again he got the most showcase time. Other voices I liked were Silas, Scarlet, Camilla, Leon, the tiny bit heard of Ryoma and Yukimura fits quite well. Kaden also sounded nice to me. I think what killed Felicia's voice in that scene was that at times her voice sounded....strained? Her grunts in battle were ok, though.

For Hoshido: Takumi, Hinata, Kaden For Nohr: Belka, Charlotte, Niles For Revelation: Azura, Kaze, Felicia maybe Also bonus round in Nohr and Revelation where Arthur and Corrin assemble the justice league

Deino, Roselia and Litwick (and its evolutions) are beyond adorable But then again, Espurr in pokeamie is....just priceless....
