  1. Exactly its shown that he hated being tricked into a loveless marriage. What did they expect would happen? Nina can't keep a charade for her whole life.
  2. Still why Hardain and not even telling him it was a political marriage? It just seems like a recipe for failure.
  3. Yeah but why listen to Boha, she outranks him and his stats are low?
  4. 1.Nah, not romantically 2.Try playing hard mode or the nes game. He's not easy there. Personally I think he was conflicted due to various emotions and wouldn't really know what to do if he won the fight. But I believe he was fighting to his full extent and why else would he still be using Gradius? 3.Yes that and Marth is Anri's descendant. Personally why she didn't stay single in the sequel is a mystery to me.
  5. I wonder if what we do in this game will effect the book 2 remake(if there is one)? For example letting Camus, creates an evil Camus as an Emperor. Or killing Hardain and Camus turns Nina into a wicked queen in the sequel.
  6. It would be interesting to say the least. Give people who already beat the second book something new. And I'd love to see an evil Nina. And if it was Camus or Nina, they'd still have control over the Akania's army.
  7. They'd probably just have Mediuth possess someone else like Camus or Nina.
  8. The returning to homeplate as you call it was in the nes era and GBA era. None of the snes games or the tellius series had it. Its understandable with the GBA which had limitations. But the DS most certainly has more power then the snes and could easily handle characters not returning to the their starting point. Honestly Fire Emblem DS is such a graphical step back for the series.
  9. Exactly Nintendo didn't pay attention to the little details.
  10. Most characters in the Ds version simply flash for a critical.
  11. Reasons to support this are as follows. *Some characters like Julian and Sheema had unique models and palettes. No characters have this in the DS version. *Weapon types looked different in battle animations. For example if Marth used a killer sword, it would appear as a striped sword and Marth would be use it differently then the rapier. In the Ds version All weapons look and act the same in the battle animations. *Fancier backgrounds like a bridge appearing in the battle animations if you fought over one. *The Fire Emblem is actually seen on Marth's battle sprite, while in the DS version, you just have to take the story's word that he's wielding it. *Characters stay in place after their turn, while in the DS version they instantly return to their spot. *Cooler critical animations like the hero animation. Honestly a remake is supposed to have better graphics! :(
  12. The shirts of cavaliers change color depending on the character. Kinda bizarre they didn't do it for every class.
  13. Characters are also characterized by their colors. To Kain's red and Abel green.
  14. I'm still buying the game. But Color palettes add personality. Even Fire Emblem 3 had two characters with unique palettes(Sheema and Julian). They add to the atmosphere, and character. True they far from make the game ad not everyone views battle animations but little touches are nice.
  15. Every other snes game and the all GBA games did. So why did Nintendo take such a step back?
  16. You'd think the battle models with helmets would have different palettes. Well tell me if you learn anything on the game's character palette system.
  17. Pros:remake of a good game. Class swap, wi-fi Cons:Graphics:Generic class palettes for all, dull criticals, Marth has unchanging sprites. Other then that my main pet peeve is lack of the second book and no support conversations. Lack of four player wi-fi. Lack of BS Fire Emblem maps. Still gonna get it if it reaches U.S shores.
  18. Its annoying as some character palettes don't match the portraits at all. Jeigan obviously wears purple armor but his battle sprites is an obnoxious orange. Also some of the colors are annoying like orange paladins. <_<
  19. Sacred stones just kept the palette when you changed classes. I wouldn't mind a few(or many) repeats in color palettes.
  20. Boha, Hardain, Gato have hair under their hats. Don't tell me their all bald!
  21. Probably the same reason, they don't have character palettes. :(
  22. Your right again. :o Does hair color change? And do characters with hats have them visible on their sprites?
