Are Mamkutes going to work? Is there data in FE7 for them? And there's going to be Hard Mode, right?

Wouldn't Fighter!Lilina be not that bad? There isn't any STR/MAG split and she gets a lot of durability...

How about a Merc->Horseman MU build? His bases and growths should cover the Horseman's shitty base stats. If you give him +SPD, he should reach the cap like nothing, right?

Lol Louise and Isadora... Hi I'm Isadora and I'm the worst FE7 Paladin. I have low Con and I have "low strength and defense". But I have 8 mov. I can use whatever weapon I want to increase avoid via WTA for +15 avoid. Then I can get up to +5 STR and +25 avoid from my supports. Hi I'm Louise and I have "shitty base stats" However, I double most of the units in the game, pretty much have a Silver Bow at my disposal, and have an automatic A support with a really good magic user. Hi I'm FE7 Marcus. I have shitty 20/20 stats. But do I dominate the whole game and kill most of the things I come across? lolya. If you do the job, who cares about the stats? Pretty much the point of prepromotes.

Pirate is ridiculous. Looks like a lot of class sets will change because of it.

Geitz passes to Geese. Canas passes to Hugh. Hawkeye passes to Igrene. Stuff like STR/MAG split, twisting the story a bit, or potentially mixing up the siblings isn't the big problem. It can easily be fixed with a little imagination. The biggest problem is how to fit 50~ chapters and 100~ characters into one game.

My Unit was only level 8... IMO he could've made it even higher. Luke and Shiida are the only ones worth level ups in Prologue...Maybe giving Draug, Marth, and Merric 1 each but there's plenty to go around.

Yet he has far better bases than anyone you get in the prologue for a while. And since his growths aren't bad at all, chances are he'll be getting the lion's share of levels.

It could happen. And I wanna see it happen. But it would take TONS of effort and a lot of scrapping to do so. It would also mean twisting the story a little bit.

Magic users need better bases I feel. +1-3 across the board. Maybe even more.
