Makes me wonder if they had this mostly female banner to balance out the mostly male Sacred Stones banner. More waiting time for Dieck.. Also suddenly 2 more daggers and the second dagger dancer in the same month Well I guess if they ever visit Binding Blade again in the future, Dieck, Miledy, Guinivere, Elphin with maybe Murdock GHB and straight demote Gonzales?

Demotable Echidna looks pretty nice. Igrene has some really nice skills, and Ophelia users would love that kit No Dieck makes me sad though A welcome surprise though, since I can save orbs after foolishly spending some last night...well i say save bt they might go for the DC banner.. Chad is cool as well, and seems to be th same artist as Raigh/Lugh

I just use the Pair Ups to get easier kills with the Pair Up bonus. Plus Alm/Eliwood is easeir to use than the dragon armours in some of the AB maps- the loli dragons are a bit to good at killing things so I lose Triangle advantage bonus @Zeo Haven't played the game, don't think there is one in the Archanea games. It was more a pun to his title. @daisy jane I would donate some if I could to be honest. I as trying for Ophelia in that legendar banner but kept getting L!Azuras and occasional L!Lucinas. Luck was crazy good though even if I didn't get Ophelia, I kept getting Azura at base rates which sure was something. @Garlyle Aside from duo units, Hall of Forms is the funnest thing that came out in a while. You get to try out random skills on a set batch of units and if lucky enough, get to have a taste of a unit with multiple premium skills one would normally not have

I should really stop being lazy and update the defense team. If it was Astra that Caineghis would've had Svalinn shield and maybe survive Micaiah. Good job defeating it though, don't see a lot of Reinhardts in my replays funnily enough but he does his job! Funnily enough Hrid and Lucina are Rezzy natured haha

@Zeo I kinda want Barst "the Hatchet" to get a hatchet lol, but yeah Ross works, too. And he would be so scary with double Wrath. Too bad you'll give a curse to the boy though! Also it's amazing how much feathers one can accumulate- I actually hit the max cap last month so I had to start upgrading units for skill fodder like Chrom. Speaking of, @mampfoid @daisy jane I finally hit the max reward for Allegiance Battles and got the full 5 orbs! I was so close to the cutoff with my usual team, so and I'm impatient for orbs, so I went ahead and followed the advice on the Q&A thread and merged my L!Alm and L!Eliwood (RIP the fodder). Also I finally went ahead and bit the bullet, spending some grails to +10 Masked Marth to make point scoring easier. Also need to give MM Aether, and gave Galeforce to L!Eliwood. My second account had multiple L!Azuras so I used her to bump up my score but I was struggling to get over the threshold in my main account since I only had 1. Until I remembered I had Duo Hector. All it took was a blessing and I managed to get the extra orb...which helps make up for the fact I forgot to do a proper arena run and slipped into Tier 17 the week before. So in a way I get that orb back.

@daisy jane Well red pool is really saturated. Caeda herself isn't on too many banners anyway. So new banner. I kind of want to fix my -Atk Nephenee more than fixing my -Spd Julia. 2 blues and 1 green. Blues were a +Spd/-Def Clair (speaking of Clair daisy lol) and a +Atk/-HP Mathilda. Guess game think I'm still in Echoes mode. Well I wasted 4 orbs, might as well waste 4 more for that lone green and.... +Spd/-Def Julia! ....I should have picked green in the first place. Now I can follow in @DLNarshen's +Spd Julia's shoes lol. At least it makes up for no 5 star from the Sacred Stones banner, but now back to 4 orbs. Also @Zeo just realised I forgot to reply regarding Ross. I'm thinking either Hack-o-Lantern since I haven't used that yet on anyone, or maybe Slaying Axe for general purposes. Still unsure about the special though.

Of course the banner with the only 5* exclusive being green gives me no green orbs. At the very least, I got Shanna in my main (yay Desperation!!!) and finally, a +Atk/-HP Caeda! @daisy jane Now I can finally build Caeda lol, the wait is over, she's too rare for my second account

@Landmaster I'd feel bad for Leif with the all those spotlight-stealing Reinhardts against him, but I can try recreating it next time for you haha @Ginko Yea I want to fix Deirdre's -Atk one day, but +Res at least makes up for it with her Glacies bombs and her refine. @SatsumaFSoysoy Yeah never had her, red hell sure is an experience. To be fair I didn't try too hard in past banners, but now that she's the only one missing from CYL2 for me I feel the need to get her, but alas I have no orbs right now for the BHB banner haha

Welp so much for self-control, I ended up using orbs on any green stones available. Didn't get Gerik, and got other green mercenaries instead like Raven, Titania and Soren. Got two Barsts at least which are always a win. That said, I did get a double Ross circle on my 2nd ticket @Zeo! 4 star +Spd/-Res and 3 star +Def/-something I forgot because I already booked that one. Funny thing is I did a summon simulator yesterday and I also had a double Ross circle in that one, so to see it actually happen was pretty funny. So happy actually, gonna build him up asap. also Zeo I was thinking of giving Melancholy to Brady just out of favouritism, even though the smarter thing would be to give it to a cav healer because of extra range. That said I'm not sure if I should give him Melancholy or Winter Eirika's staff.

Just wanted to get a second opinion before using rare fodder 1.) I'm thinking of merging an extra Silque- is +Res better for the balanced defenses or does she want +Atk more? 2.) Have an extra L!Alm (+Spd/-Res). My original L!lm is +Spd/-HP. Normally I'd merge in a heartbeat but I just had a fun idea- I'm thinking of making a Galeforce +Spd/-HP Owain as a fun callback to Awakening. Would L!Alm's Darting Blow 4 + Null Follow Up (or Atk Wave) be good for the fun GF build? It's mostly PvE against the harder maps I guess when inflated stats might need Darting Blow 4's speed. (Is NFU even a good B skill for a Galeforce unit? It being infantry only at least sets him apart from the cav GF units/Tibarn.) ...if I do inherit the Alm, should I keep with -HP or -Res as my L!Alm? Or should I just merge since now Gerik has DB 4, and there's a few NFU units in the general pool. Maybe pinging GF expert @mampfoid for thoughts on NFU for GF units?

Wut. @Zeo @mampfoid @Landmaster So uhh, I thought maybe I should try and grab another Silque in the Echoes banner. Wasted 13 orbs on main to try and fix my -Atk one. Ok fair enough. On my second account though? At 3%...+Spd/-Res Silque on the first orb!!!! That was certainly crazy, especially since the last time I visited the banner I got a +Res one, plus I got that +Atk one on my very first free summon. Never thought I'd get so many of a unit in a 4 unit banner so fast! That is the best luck I ever had on a New Heroes banner for a specific unit, and that certainly cheered me up from the legendary banner end. Now I can merge one Silque and still have a spare Silque for fodder! \o/ Oh and the other orb as an Azama, who she powercreeps a lot funnily enough. Echoes really treated me well it seems but now I really have to only stockpile orbs for faves since I'm almost running out of chain challenges. ....but also Gerik's art looks good @daisy jane Yeah I hate making that mistake. At least getting a new unit is always good, I hope Ross comes faster in the new banner than Norne did!

@Zeo Ooof, that Shining Bow archer scared me when he was gonna attack Serra but once again Miracle does it job! Also being a staff meant Dazzling rendered Hrid's DC useless which was nice. Interesting how Serra took the time to help out Fae for the Barrier Blade swordie, so nice of her! Odin in a clear!!!! Yeah Def/Res link was meant for him, impressive how he easily handles Hrid! Lewyn's Forseti is always so satisfying to see with SS goodness. Gosh I really hope I can snag a Brave Roy one day, maybe I should save up for his rerun. Nice fun song, too! Also it confused me when I saw Roy walk on water but I forget those were ice tiles

Late comments time! @Ginko Poor Leif, being doubled by an enemy-phase unit like Shiro. Also wow, Kaze's Def Ploy really worked well, I was scared when he was in range of the swordie in the right but he did enough damage. Abyssal clear though was really amazing! It felt tense, as the enemies came down to your team, but I was so happy your Kaze defeated Leif in one go! 1 HP Kaze is a hero. @Diovani Bressan Phew, Yune and Nowi sure created some havoc! Yune in particularly had so many wins! @SatsumaFSoysoy I love how Ethlyn is there! Celica + Kagero continue to be such a powerful force and you didn't let yourself be boxed in too much, using the space really well. Now I want a Brave Celica! @Landmaster Oh wow Elise Emblem sure was an amazing clear! Keaton of course provides some added power. So nice to see your favourites pull through, horse Elises's mobility really helped in this one! Did you do Keaton x Elise support in Fates? @DLNarshen Huh...Julius teaming with...Reinhardt...and using thunder magic that Reinhardt is known for? Haha. Love that you posted this, same game team clears are always fun to see, and it's nice to see your Nanna in action, healing is a big part of her job after all! @Zeo @mampfoid @Alexmender @NegativeExponents- @daisy jane Now for my late clear, my original clear was having the brave Thracia users (All Reinhardts + S!Ishtar) since that was my original clear but I don't know if offensive powerhouses with flying dancers would be that entertaining. I really wanted to do a more interesting theme clear and I only managed to work it out on the night before, that I didn't even have time to do the Reinhardt Emblem recording but that's okay since I loved this idea more. Introducing, L!Leif versus his parents/relatives. Team is +Atk/-HP Sigurd, +Res/-Atk Deirdre, neutral Ethlyn and +Res/-Spd Quan Music is Disturbance in Augustria from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of Holy War -Leif gets a visit from his proud parents and Uncle Sigurd/Aunt Deirdre. So yeah FE 4/5 maps are pretty rare and I really wanted to use this track somehow. -Mommy Ethlyn was an important cornerstone of the team. She needed Wrathful Pain+ and Savage Blow to deal as much damage as she can to the Wary Fighter armour/speedy mage group early on. The chip damage allowed her to support her teammates, as the horse brothers needed to be really offensive in taking the enemies out asap so that the team wouldn't get boxed in. For the longest time I was targeting the wrong armour with Pain+ at the second turn, so once I tried attacking the other one, things finally fell into place. Martyr was also useful, tanking hits while healing her family when needed, and Miracle proc was needed to stall the lance fighter for a bit- thank goodness for her decent Spd/Def stat. -Daddy Quan needed Atk boosts to push through the enemies. He needed Sigurd's Hone Cav to defeat the mage early, and also took a leaf out of Eldigan's son 's book (Ares) to unleash Brazen strats. He needed Def boosts to survive specials from those speedy swordies. It was fitting for him to battle with his son but also, take revenge on a flier unit in this map. I realised Leif being a Bow cav as a Legendary Hero would mean he could protect his parents from fliers in FEH...if I had him. -Aunt Deirdre and Uncle Sigurd had to utilise Chill Def/Atk strats to keep the healer busy, but also soften the stats of the armours. Deirdre's Res tanking kept mages busy while Sigurd's movement helped in sniping the green mage to the left quickly. And pretty much any green units that threatened Quan.

Is this about Oscar? He forms a red/green duo with Kieran. When Kieran and Boyd come hopefully in the next Tellius banner that's two 'groups' finished in one go for Oscar. (Christmas knights/sibling trio) Also while not cavs, Kaze came to complete the red and green 'ninja' duo with Saizo in year 2. And similarly, Forsyth sort of completes the red/green duo with Lukas I guess.

To Julius, I was wondering if the Glacies is overkill on Julius or if it was just by a few points. Well too late to check now thanks to my late replies heh As for Rinea's HP sacrifice, well it was kind of intentional since she is a dancer and could afford to lose HP. Oh and bonus lore points. @Landmaster So with Mathilda's Ridersbane it becomes at OT3? 😛 It's a good thing Python was physically bulky, he needed to stall Conrad. Technically I could also have Gray Swap so Clair can finish off Conrad, but I wanted to use Silque's staff and show the effect off haha. @Ginko Yeah Boey's new prf is great, the Hall of Forms really sold me on its usefulness

Sigh. Tried another go on another colourless unit (hopefully Leif) before the banner ended, desperately doing chain challenges but sadly, ran out of time and couldn't even get 5 orbs in the last 5 minutes. Also kicking myself because I forgot I was at Tier 18 for Arena and I thought I did my proper run but I forgot because of VG, so only got 3 orbs for Arena when I demoted toTier 17. Then I went to the summon screen too quickly to click summon, not realised I clicked the Rerun banner instead of the Legendary so that was 5 orbs already wasted. Thank goodness new banner doesn't have anyone too must have for me (and thank goodness for tickets) because I need to recover from breaking the Chain Challenge bank. At least I know how much I should use Ophelia in those CCs now whenever I'm desperate for orbs again. At least I got a new Norne in my alt. +Def/-Spd, same as my main account's Norne funnily enough.

@Zeo Wooooo Ross is here! Nice for you that he's not 5 star locked!! Give your many DCs to him Also great for me, I like Ross and Cormag the most, and Cormag is the GHB!! Don't care if he's mediocre, I don't need orbs to get him and that's fine since I don't have any right now! The only downside is no accessories for them but I hope Ross at least gets cameos for the Forging Bonds stories. Also Gerik looks great, also a favourite and has great art. Don't care about the duo unit, so I'll use tickets on green (and hopefully get Ross/Python) Ross looks like he's done by Meka, same artist as Silas.

@Zeo Oooh congrats on the free Elincia! Getting some nice luck there! @mampfoid Congrats on +Spd Alm! Well I did sone silly decisions and went back to the legendary- to get 1 colourless focus unit. Leif would be really nice, don't have Tiki and both of my accounts' Alms would like a -HP/-Def removed. Well...after a good bunch of orbs later, (and multiple no colourless sessions) at least I finally got rid of my pityrate. +HP/-Spd Alm on my alt account, while my main gave me a +Spd/-Res Alm as well. Not gonna lie I kind of wanted Leif more for a theme battle but this is a sign to stop. I even broke my chain challenge stash on my main just to clear the rate which is kind of silly in hindsight but oh well, should really stop summoning until the next video reveal. Impatience got the better of me but hey, at least Alms are still a good pitybreaker

Sigh, no Gray/Mathilda/Barst refines yet again. Shiro needs one, too. I can understand Kana a little bit because she's eh as a 5 star but she showed up a bit too early in the waiting list for me. (that said a part of me doesn' mind since I got a random one recently so I'm curious what it'll be) Also interesting how Subaki doesn't have Subaki's Pike unlike the other retainers who have the named weapons

Did a double take on where this topic was. Awesome clears @Zeo! Serra sure wrecked things once she was in Brazen range, I can't help repeating but Brazen strategies are one of my favourites in this game. Defeating Eirika was a highlight. I chuckled a bit at how Fae trapped the cavaliers down the bottom after Serra dealt with the blue mage. Also nice use of the ninelie song! As for the Sacred Stones clear, I was really impressed by the final fight against the Eirika boss, it's nice when base kit skills are key, so Summer Tana sure helped out and even then Ephraim needed Death Blow as well. Amelia is sure looking lovely decked out with the DC and VF combo!

Sometimes they don't (I remember a few recent ones didn't have one, and then suddenly Gallia banner with Ranulf pounced out of nowhere). But maybe we will get one since Version Update will be soon, but it's also my fault for being impatient and not being able to wait until next week lol
