For me, It's Lachesis who won't come home to her brother. Excluding Corrin F, Ryoma has yet to get visits from any of his siblings while Leo and Elise are avoiding their older siblings. Julia is still standing up her half-brother as well while Hector is choosing to neglect his daughter. Karel, Corrin M and Minerva have also refused to meet up with their relatives at my castle (though in Karel's case I currently only have Fir). It's like you said, family bonds apparently mean nothing these days despite the fact that we had two consecutive banners that basically focused on them.

My score of 4,806 currently has me at rank 686 in Tier 14 with one defense win (574). Hopefully I'll be able to stay in the top 5% by the end of the season so I can get bumped up to Tier 17. The same goes for Seal Def on Ephraim and to a lesser extent Attack +3. My defense team also uses Zephiel and Nino in addition to Ninian (Neutral; Light Breath+, Dance, New Moon, Defiant Atk 2, Escape Route 3, Fortify Def 2) and 5* Klein, +1 (+ATK, -RES; Brave Bow+, Draw Back, Luna, Death Blow 3, Wings of Mercy 2, Threaten Def 3). Yes, I know I've been lazy about working on Ninian's skill set please don't judge me. Though Defiant Atk is also just a placeholder.

After getting the defense map orbs and buying 23 orbs, I made two pulls from World of Radiance on Tuesday in vain hopes of getting Ike not that I have a huge need for him what with having Ryoma and 5* Xander but Ike is still one of favorites. First Pull: 3* Gaius, 4* Virion, 3* Donnel, 4* Jakob, 4* Roy Triangle Adept fodder Second Pull: 3* Sully Swordbreaker fodder, 4* Arthur, 4* Cherche, 4* Olivia, 3* Draug I swear at times it really feels like I only get Gaius and Virion from colorless stones yes I know I also got a Jakob but these two will seriously not leave me alone. The Roy, which was first one pulled since my 5* back during the first banners, was immediately handed over to Soren for that sweet Triangle Adept. I also quite liked getting a replacement 4* Olivia (+ATK, -DEF) for the one I sacked for Hone Atk shortly after getting my Ninian. Cherche was fed to Ephraim to give him Attack +3 as well as Fortify Def 1 and 2 and the Sully will provide Swordbreaker to a certain someone I got from pulling from Female Mages this morning thanks to the fortune telling orbs. The results from that pull were: 4* Eirika Hone Spd fodder, 5* Sanaki (new), 4* Fae Renewal fodder, 3* Tiki Bonfire fodder, 3* Gunter Sanaki (+SPD, -HP) has finally decided to grace me with her presence and is the aforementioned someone who will be getting Swordbreaker. It does make me sad that I can't be on Team Sanaki as well as Team Leo but I suppose I'll have to settle with being on Team Sanaki in spirit. I also feel kinda bad about getting a third Eirika when I do not like her at all (her art and VA are both amazing though) when there are plenty of others on this site who legitimately like her but still don't have her. Oh well, she and Fae will be thrown onto my skill fodder pile as they are both -ATK and thus worse than my preexisting Eirika and Fae. My Effie also thanks Tiki in advance for Bonfire.

We also have swordfighter Deen from Valentia and dragon knight Deen from Jugdral. At least I'm pretty sure they both had that spelling in CYL. Surprisingly, none of my 19 5* units are -Atk or even -Spd. I do have a -Atk 4* Marth and a -Atk 4* Lilina if that counts for anything.

I'm with Team Leo until the end. If you or anyone else on Team Leo want to friend me, I can spare such units as Ninian, Fury/Desperation 5* Tharja and +SPD Vantage Ryoma just to name a few.

Well, we now know what the bracket looks like and the gauntlet starts on the 12th with the banners being available now. We have Linde v Tharja, Julia v Sanaki, Merric v Robin and Henry v Leo with the females on one end and the males on the other. I'm certainly looking forward to this gauntlet just like the previous ones, I don't know about anyone else.

I was able to just barely place in the top 4K (#3,969) with my score of 4,812. I haven't exactly been keeping track, but that might be a new personal best for me. For defense, I managed to scrounge up two wins.

I've gotten Ninian and Priscilla maxed, in that order. I've also gotten (# of merits in parentheses): 1500 feathers from Nino (1582) 1000 feathers from Ryoma (1283), Ephraim (1068), Eldigan (1034) and Camilla (1002) 500 feathers from Zephiel (757), Klein (602), Lukas (541) and Alm (503) Total HM Feathers: 11,500

Well, my personal prediction for Celica's banner was her, Conrad, Mae and Valbar so I at least got one of the other three characters on her banner right. That is, unless her banner has six characters but considering Alm's didn't it's probably a safe assumption Celica's will also have four. I'm hoping I'm right about Valbar since we really need more armor knights in the game considering only one has been added to game since launch (Zephiel) and being on Gaiden's box art has to count for something right?

Since my first post, I've pulled Tharja and Effie. I still have yet to get: Cordelia, Corrin (M), Lachesis, Lucius, Merric, Nowi, Ogma, Rebecca, Reinhardt, Sakura and Sheena. While there's no 3-4 star characters that I haven't pulled like I said previously, I didn't mention then that I don't have Bartre or Olivia in my roster currently.

I didn't think I would be updating this again so soon, but Effie and Soren can be added to my list of 5 stars, bringing me up to 19 total. They are both +RES, -HP and came in the same pull not unlike my Tharja and Hawkeye.

I got my recently pulled 5* Tharja trained up and ready to go for this gauntlet as well. I'll definitely be on your side by the end of this gauntlet if Leo loses prior to the finals again, which he probably will.

Honestly, Donny is probably better than Oboro too again assuming equal amounts of skill inheritance. While she has a 3 point advantage in Defense and a 1 point advantage in Resistance, Donny's HP, Attack and Speed are all 3 points higher than her's. In other words, if I had to 5 star one of them, I would pick Donny. Though considering I already have Ephraim and Lukas, I don't ever see myself promoting either Donny or Oboro on top of the fact that I don't particularly like either of them anyways. Give me Mozu already IS :(

Even with his Smash background, Robin still finished with substantially less votes than Tharja in CYL (14,149 to Tharja's 29,540) and also placed 6th (7th if we're counting Ike twice) among the FE Smash characters. Tharja not only placed 4th overall but was the highest placed non-Lord character in the ballot. Again, I am well aware CYL can't be used to accurately predict how Voting Gauntlet matches will go, but I still think Tharja is ultimately going to win this gauntlet relatively easily. I suppose it all depends on how much of an impact the new losing team gets a x3 multiplier mechanic has.

Today's daily orbs put me at 20 again so I decide to give World of Radiance another go in hopes of getting at least one of the Greil Mercs. After pulling 5* Tharja and 5* Hawkeye (in the same pull no less) from Hero Fest, I wasn't expecting to get anything exciting from this pull. 3* Stahl: +HP, -DEF 5* Effie (new): +RES, -HP 3* Hinata: +DEF, -RES 5* Soren (new): +RES, -HP 3* Stahl: +SPD, -DEF 0_0 What even is my luck right now? I'm certainly elated to finally get Effie and I now have all of the royal retainers from Fates (including Corrin's servants). I like Soren quite a bit too though I wasn't in dire need of him, what with already having a 5* cinnamon roll of destruction (Nino). Oh, and the Hinata's IVs are better than other ones I have I guess. He just keeps coming back to me no matter how many of him I sack for Fury.

Aside from her looks and her being the first character many Westerners controlled in a Fire Emblem game (in other words nostalgia factor), I just don't understand why she is as popular as she is. I find her incredibly bland and uninteresting and also feel that she is a useless character who adds absolutely nothing to FE7's overall plot. Blazing Blade wasn't the first Fire Emblem I played, so she doesn't hold any nostalgia factor with me either. I simply detest how ridiculously popular she is, but that's all I will say on her. Yeah, as I said above, her popularity just baffles me.

I know the Choose Your Legends results haven't always been reflected in the gauntlets so far (namely Chrom losing to Ephraim when Chrom finished higher than him in CoY), but even if you add the votes Lucina got as Masked Marth she would still place below Lyn. Granted, it wouldn't be by much though (1,622 votes to be exact). At any rate, I'm not looking forward to seeing Lyn in a gauntlet as she ranks among my most despised characters in the series. I was perfectly fine watching Lucina, Camilla and likely Tharja steamroll their opponents but I will feel nothing but salt watching Lyn do the same especially if she stomps on a character I like.

It really is a shame Nino was excluded from this gauntlet. As my first promoted 5 star and an integral part of my arena team, I honestly would've betrayed Leo been one of those who would join her team without much thought. I would just not feel right backing anyone other than her with how much work she has put in for me. I also find it weird that we are three gauntlets in and we still haven't had even one Elibe character in a gauntlet. I mean there's only like 30 of them in the game at this point but oh well.

I suppose I should've also specified that the Hector was using Armads.

I also saw an Azura with a Heavy Spear. No, not a Heavy Spear+, just a Heavy Spear. She also had Windsweep 3 and Threaten Spd 1 (with the Speed +1 seal) for some reason.

I'm pretty sure they still haven't said when this gauntlet will start. If I had to guess, I'd think they will start it shortly after version 1.3.0 goes up like maybe a day or two after it does. I suppose we will find out soon enough though.
